B9512G control panels integrate intrsion, fire, and access control providing one simple ser interface for all systems. With the ability to adapt to large and small applications, the B9512G provides p to 599 individally identified points that can be split into 32 areas. The control panel incldes a bilt-in Ethernet port for IP network commnications, and is compatible with modles that send events to selected pblic switched telephone networks (PSTN), IP networks, or celllar network destinations throgh for programmable rote grops. For sers, programmable keypad shortcts, sitation sensitive on-screen help, and a bilingal ser interface make system operation simple and easy. With the B9512G Control Panel, yo can: Monitor alarm points for intrder or fire alarms while operating keypads and other otpts (p to 599 programmable otpts inclding three on-board). Program all system fnctions local or remote sing Remote Programming Software (RPS) or by sing basic programming throgh the keypad. Add p to 32 doors of access control sing the optional B901 Access Control Modle. (Optionally se the D9210C Access Control Interface Modle for p the to eight of the 32 doors.) Make area arming conditional on other areas (master or associate), if desired. Yo can configre any area for perimeter and interior arming, not reqiring a separate area for this fnction. Link mltiple areas to a shared area which is atomatically controlled (hallway or lobby). For higher secrity applications, the Area Re-Arm featre garantees that areas are always rearmed, and are disarmed for no longer than a specific, configrable, amont of time (for example, service time). Cstom fnctions For added convenience, the installer can program cstom fnctions that allow cstomers to complete complex tasks with one simple action. For example, a cstom fnction can bypass a grop of points and arm the system, allowing the ser to perform these fnctions with one easy command. Users can activate cstom fnctions with a keypad, keyfob, token, or card, or the control panel can activate a fnction in reaction to a falted point, or atomatically throgh a schedled event (SKED). Passcode secrity Two-man rle. Reqires two people with two niqe passcodes to be present at the time of opening. Early ambsh. Allows sers to verify that the facility is safe by reqiring two passcodes. The control panel sends a dress event if the ser does not enter the passcode a second time after inspecting the premises. Dal athentication. Reqires two forms of identification before processing certain system commands, inclding trning off the system and opening doors. A standard system ser mst have a passcode, a credential (token or card), and appropriate command athority permissions assigned in the door and keypad s assigned area. Easy exit control The control panel changes from one On (armed) state to another withot trning off (disarming) the system. For example, if yo change the state from Part On (Perimeter Arm) to All On (Master Arm), the control panel complies and reports the change. Easy Exit Control redces the nmber of keystrokes, simplifying system operation. Programmable passcode-controlled men list Passcode-controlled shortcts provide sers only with the options and information pertinent to them, simplifying system operation. Flexible control The system provides the flexibility to choose added convenience or high secrity. For example, yo can restrict to a keypad's immediate local area trning on (arming) and trning off (disarming) the system with a passcode, even if the ser has access to other areas. This is particlarly sefl for high secrity areas, where a ser may have access to the area, bt wold prefer to only trn off (disarm) the area individally rather than with the rest of the system. Another option is to program the system to trn off all areas the ser can access from any keypad. Monitor Delay/Delayed Response Create a special point index that delays the reaction of a point for a specified time (p to 1 hor in mintes and seconds). This delay provides time for the specified condition to reset before activating any annnciation. The system can annnciate locally and send a report, if desired. When the system is armed, the point can respond like a normal point providing dal fnctionality. Use this featre to ensre that perimeter doors have not been propped open, or to monitor critical areas sch as compter rooms and safes, for example. System sers The system spports p to 2,000 sers. Each ser can have a personalized passcode, a wireless keyfob, and a credential to control the system. User passcodes contain three to six digits. Yo can assign passcodes to one of 14 cstomized athority levels in each area that can be restricted to operate only dring certain times. Yo can program a primary and secondary langage for each ser and by keypad (select from English, Spanish, French, and Portgese). The keypad changes to the ser s programmed langage when the ser enters his passcode or holds the Help key.

3 3 B9512G Control Panel Commnication formats The control panel prioritizes and sends reports to for rote grops. Network and phone commnications can se either the Modem4 or the Contact ID commnications formats. Each grop has a programmable primary and backp destination. The control panel provides flexible commnications for most central stations with reporting capabilities sch as: Individal point nmbers Opening or closing reports by ser and area nmber Remote programming attempts Diagnostic reports Notice For premises eqipment sed in the commnication path, sch as roters, se only UL listed eqipment. IP commnication The control panel ses on-board Ethernet (IP) connection (the on-board Ethernet port is exclded on E versions) to commnicate with a Conettix D6600 or a Conettix D6100IPv6 Commnications Receiver/ Gateway. The control panel can optionally commnicate with a Conettix D6600 or a Conettix D6100IPv6 Commnications Receiver/Gateway sing a B426 Conettix Ethernet Commnication Modle or a Conettix Plg-in Celllar Commnicator (B440/B441/ B442/B443). Using Conettix IP commnication offers a secre path that incldes anti-replay/anti-sbstittion featres and provides enhanced secrity with AES 256-bit encryption (sing Cipher Block Chaining (CBC)). The control panel spports Domain Name System (DNS) for both remote programming and central station commnication. DNS provides ease of se, eliminating the need to se static IP addresses as yor reporting destination, and accommodates a simple soltion for central station disaster recovery. IP Setp is available via the keypad Installer men and the remote programming software, eliminating the need to se complicated internet programming tools sch as ARP and Telnet. The control panel spports both IPv6 and IPv4 networks. For more information on the enhanced commnications capabilities, refer to RPS Help or the control panel's Program Entry Gide. Commnication paths The control panel accommodates p to for separate phone and for separate network paths to the central station receiver. When resetting alarms or trning a system on and off, the ser is identified by name and nmber. Personal notification The control panel can send text messages and s for personal notification over Ethernet or sing a celllar commnicator. Yo can configre p to 32 destinations sing a combination of celllar phone nmbers and addresses. The control panel sends notifications in the ser s programmed primary langage. Firmware pdates The system allows remote firmware pdates throgh Remote Programming Software (RPS) sing the RPS Firmware Update Wizard. The Firmware Update Wizard ses the on-board USB connection or the on-board Ethernet (IP) connection (the on-board Ethernet port is exclded on E versions) to transmit firmware pdates. The control panel can optionally receive firmware pdates from RPS sing a B426 Conettix Ethernet Commnication Modle or a Conettix Plg-in Celllar Commnicator (B440/B441/B442/B443). Notice! Celllar firmware pdates reqire more time than Ethernet pdates and carrier data rates apply. Control panel pdates. Remotely pdate the control panel firmware for easy featre enhancements withot replacing ROM chips. Modle pdate spport. A wide variety of inpt options Each point: Accommodates normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) devices with end of line (EOL) resistor spervision. Accepts programming for fire, gas, fire spervisory, or intrsion applications. Spports hardwired and wireless devices. Spports IP cameras by Bosch as point sorces. IP camera spport The control panel can se its on-board Ethernet to connect directly to Bosch IP cameras. The control panel commnicates with Bosch IP cameras, allowing the camera s video motion detection to activate points on the control panel and control panel events to trigger camera actions, inclding sending video snapshots via . Secrity and fire detection The control panel provides eight on-board points, and p to 591 additional off-board points (depending on model and expansion interfaces). Yo can program individal points to monitor some types of brglar alarms, fire alarms, and spervision devices. Event log The event log stores p to local and reported events. The event log incldes time, date, event, area, point, and ser. View the event log from a keypad or se RPS to remotely retrieve event information. When the event log reaches a programmed threshold of stored events, it can send an optional report to a receiver.

SKEDs perform fnctions sch as trn on or off, relay control, or point bypassing. The control panel offers: 80 schedled events with p to 31 different fnctions 32 opening windows and 32 closing windows 32 ser grop windows Day-of-week, date-of-month, or holiday only schedles 8 holiday schedles of 366 days (leap year) Programming Installers can perform limited programming on-site with a keypad (critical parameters; sch as accont IDs, central station and RPS IP addresses and phone nmbers, reporting formats, and more). They can also do fll programming on-site or remotely (attended or nattended) with RPS. A programmable system passcode prevents nathorized remote programming. Diagnostics Keypads and RPS offer diagnostic help for monitoring and trobleshooting. The diagnostics featres allow yo to view the stats of the on-board Ethernet connection, plg-in commnicators, and SDI2 devices, inclding inpts, otpts, and RF. The featres provide the stats of the control panel and its connected devices, sch as firmware version, power, and missing conditions. View the stats of each area.
