2 The - type tested process analyzers AQUACON The type tested-process analyzers AQUACON consist of the control unit with LED-display, as well as an analysis unit with reaction chamber, measuring cell, dosing pump and valve with hose connectors.the control unit with a powerfull microprocessor takes care for the automatic procedure of analysis starting with sampling up to calculation, display and forwarding of the result. Besides the control of the analysis procedure the unit can turn on a relay accordingly an adjustable nominal value. So, the type tested process analyzer AQUACON are not only an automatic analyzer system but a complete control unit for manufacturing technology process. 6 AQUACON RH (TÜV) Working principle The process titrator AQUACON RH (TÜV) determines automatic the hardness of samplewater discontinuous by complexometric titration.a special for this system suitable combination reagent of marker, titration medium and buffer will be pumped into the measuring cell by a high-level precision peristaltic pump and then blended with the sample.the titration comes to an end as soon as the marker changes his colour. With the amount of pump strikes, necessary for change of colour, the consumption of reagent and hardness degree of sample is caculated.
