We have invested in golf buggies to assist when conditions are wet and our offices include a comfortable coffee shop.. An appointment is not necessary but may help you get the best from your visit, as it allows a horticultural adviser to prepare some suggestions before you arrive. Whether you have booked an appointment or not, always call in at reception upon arrival, to collect a map and price list. When selecting specimen plants you may individually tag the plants you wish to order, or for larger quantities of smaller stock you may prefer to simply make a note of the code and entrust selection to one of our quality supervisors. All of Tendercare's plants have a unique batch code to ensure accurate tracking of plants from selection to delivery. It is important to note that, due to the size of our plants, Tendercare operates on an order-and-delivery service or a pre-booked collection system only. Collection of larger material requiring machine handling is available Monday to Friday unless by special arrangement. Supply Warranty We check stock quality both at the tagging and picking stage but should you be unhappy with stock sent, please leave it on the lorry and a full refund will be provided.
