5 Cushion Type The seating used for Comfort Design products is designed to be the best in the furniture industry. What makes these seating products so superior is the high density, high resiliency foam cores which provide lasting comfort and support. This type of foam core is used by no other manufacturer either domestically or imported. This foam is the premier product of the Bio Comfort Foam Products manufactured exclusively for Comfort Design Furniture by Prestige Fabricators, Inc. Standard Cushioning on all loose seat cushions will be 50/50 Down Blend (DB), encasing a 2.5 LB Density Core for Stationary and 2.5 LB Density Core for motion unless otherwise specified. Toss Pillows are 95/05 Down Blend Standard. All attached seat cushions will be Posture Plush (P) 2.5 LB Density High Resiliency Foam Posture Plush (P) Loose Seat Cushions are available but must specify CP, CLP or CLTP. All Stationary PP cushions will be Posture Plush (PP) 2.5 LB Density High Resiliency Foam. (excludes Dwell) All Motion PP cushions will be Posture Plush (PP) 2.5 LB Density High Resiliency Foam. Toss pillows will be fiber filled when seat cushions are PP.

6 Dreamquest Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress (EQSL, ERSL, ECSL) The Dreamquest Gel Infused Memory Foam mattress from Enso, features a Tencel and poly knit cover, 1 of PureGel infused memory foam with 3.5 of high density Enso support foam. The PureGel Infused Memory Foam allows for a unique conforming sleep surface while helping to maintain optimal temperature control through the science of gel infusion. The Enso support foam layer provides a stable and supportive base, and creates a level of comfort unparalleled in the sleeper mattress category. PureGel Memory Foam provides a cool, comforting sleeping surface. All sleepers are available with Dreamquest Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattresses. Dreamquest Mattress (DQSL, DRSL, DCSL) 13-1/2 gauge wire in a 3-3/4 four turn Bonnell type coil. (299 Coils DQSL, 253 Coils DRSL, 161 Coils DCSL) Springs are wrapped in a.9 oz. per square foot densified low melt fiber insulator pad that is needle punched for increased strength and wear. A 1.5 ounce fiber pad topper is stapled to the sleeping surface for added comfort. One layer of 1 ounce low melt fiber is multi-needle quilted to the circular knit cover sleeping surface for a deep quilted look and feel. The borders are also multi-needle quilted to ¾ ounce low melt fiber. The mattress bottom is color coordinated with the damask ticking and is stitch bonded material that is nonskid and abrasion resistant. The overall crown height is 6-1/4 plus or minus ½. 7 Customer s Own Material Options (C.O.M.) Comfort Design Furniture has added the option of a customer choosing their own material in place of the fabrics available from our plant. This option is available on motion chair and stationary styles and is only available for fabric. No vinyl or leathers with be allowed. All C.O.M. pieces will be priced at Grade 300 prices. Signature Corp Title Date Comfort Design works diligently to ensure the safety of its products by complying with all relevant laws. In addition, Comfort Design is a member of the United Furniture Action Council (UFAC). UFAC s voluntary standards are designed to increase protection of consumers from cigarette fires started in upholstered furniture. As a member of UFAC, Comfort Design has committed that every upholstery product it manufactures meets UFAC s flammability standards. This includes product made using customer owned material (COM). Comfort Design meets these standards by using only UFAC Class 1 upholstery fabrics. In addition, TB is a California law regarding flammability standards and requires specific labeling stating that each upholstered furniture product meets the flammability requirements of the law. Finally, California law SB-1019 effective January 1, 2015, also known as the Leno law, requires labeling of whether or not any added flame retardant chemicals are used in the product. In order to meet the voluntary standards of UFAC and the requirements of the California laws, we must obtain certification. Comfort Design has no provisions for fabric protection treatments of any kind. Vinyl will not be accepted for C.O.M. 6. Comfort Design will not be responsible for the suitability or quality of C.O.M fabric selections or the specific manner of tailoring on our furniture. 7. Fabric must be backed to avoid raveling of fabric and seam slippage. Any fabrics received without backing will be returned to dealer at the dealer s expense.

We certify that this upholstered furniture is made in accordance with the new, improved UFAC methods, designed to reduce the likelihood of furniture fire from cigarettes. However, upholstery fires are still possible. Some materials used in upholstery, when ignited, will burn rapidly and emit toxic gases. Remember to practice careful smoking habits. For early warning, equip your home with properly placed smoke detectors and maintain them regularly. The Upholstered Furniture Action Council, UFAC, is a voluntary industry association organized to conduct research into more cigarette resistant upholstered furniture. 13 MANUFACTURER S LIMITED WARRANTY Thank you for purchasing this fine furniture product by Comfort Design Furniture. We express our confidence in the product by giving you this Limited Warranty. Please read the terms of coverage carefully. GENERAL TERMS This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original residential retail purchaser and is not transferable by the original residential retail purchaser. This Limited Warranty applies only under normal household use and conditions. Any other use or any misuse will void this Limited Warranty. After one year, if applicable, this Limited Warranty covers replacement parts and materials only, and the original residential retail purchaser will be responsible for all labor and shipping costs associated with the replacement of parts and materials. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SCRATCHES, DENTS, SNAGS, OR OTHER DAMAGE TO WOOD FLOORING, CARPET OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF FLOORING OR FLOOR COVERING. Please take care in the placement of your furniture, avoid sliding the furniture, and use floor protectors designed to protect your flooring and carpet. If floor protectors are applied by the Manufacturer, they may not prevent damage to your flooring or carpet. SPRING CONSTRUCTION Limited Lifetime Warranty The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that the seat and back spring construction will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the normal useful life of the product under normal household use and conditions.

14 CUSHIONS AND PILLOWS Limited Warranty The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that all seat cushions, back pillows and arm pillows will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions for the following periods: All Back Pillows and Arm Pillows one (1) year from date of purchase Posture Plush (PP) Seat Cushions three (3) years from date of purchase Down Blend (DB) and Inner Coil Seat Cushions five (5) years from date of purchase Do not confuse normal softening that occurs in all foam with actual loss of resiliency. Cushions and pillows will conform to the user with use and aging. All fiber and fiber foam combinations should be fluffed regularly to retain even distribution of fibers. If reversible, we suggest turning seat cushions over on a regular basis for prolonged life. MOTION MECHANISMS AND ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS Limited Warranty The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that all motion mechanisms and electrical products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions for the following periods: Recliner, Swivel, Rocker, and Glider Mechanisms Limited Lifetime (normal useful life of the product) Electrical Motors (excluding lift chair motors five (5) years from date of purchase Electrical Products (lift chair motors, heating and massage units, hand controls, AC Adaptors/Transformers, and air mattress pumps) one (1) year from date of purchase SLEEPER MECHANISMS Limited Warranty The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that all Air Loft sleeper mechanisms will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions. The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that all other sleeper mechanisms, including the springs therein, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions. SLEEPER MATTRESS Limited Warranty The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that the mattress will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions for the following periods: Innerspring, latex, and memory foam mattresses two (2) years from date of purchase but, during the second year, 10% of the replacement cost of any defective mattress must be paid by the original residential retail purchaser.

15 Air mattresses three (3) years from date of purchase but, during the second year, 10% of the replacement cost of any defective mattress must be paid by the original residential retail purchaser, and 20% of the replacement cost must be paid during the third year. All other mattresses one (1) year from date of purchase. FILLING one (1) year Limited Warranty The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that all filling materials, including fiber and padding, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions. FABRIC one (1) year Limited Warranty The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that all upholstery fabrics will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and from seam slippage due to defects in materials or workmanship, for one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions and prescribed cleaning. Zippers and stitching are warranted to the original residential retail purchaser against failing due to defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Visible defects such as rubs, tears, or holes should be reported to the retailer within 30 days after receiving the product. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatments applied by the retailer or consumer, heavy soiling, improper cleaning, spills, cuts, burns or pet damage will void this warranty. For major cleaning, consult with your retailer or a professional furniture cleaning service. Color fastness, fading, fabric shrinkage, fiber migration, pilling, wrinkling, and stretching are not covered under this warranty. LEATHER one (1) year Limited Warranty The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that all top grain cowhide leathers and top grain leather/vinyl splits will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and from splits and tears due to defects in materials or workmanship, for one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions and prescribed cleaning. Zippers and stitching are warranted to the original residential retail purchaser against failing due to defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include coverage for natural markings, wrinkling, stretching, variations in grain or color, or fading due to exposure to the sun, heat or lights, all of which are normal or natural characteristics that are not due to defects in materials or workmanship. Leather damage or failure due to chemical treatments applied by the retailer or consumer, heavy soiling, improper cleaning, spills (including, but not limited to, acid, dyes, wine, solvents, corrosive chemicals, ink, paint or body fluids), cuts, burns or pet damage will void this warranty. ALL OTHER COMPONENTS, PARTS AND FINISHES one (1) year Limited Warranty All parts and components not specifically included in the above warranties, including but not limited to finishes, legs, and casters, are warranted to the original residential retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions. Color variations will exist from time to time and are not due to any defect in materials or workmanship. WARRANTY SERVICE For one (1) year after the date of purchase by the original residential retail purchaser, the Manufacturer will either repair or replace (at its option) any product that has a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this Limited Warranty without charge. To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must contact the original furniture retailer from whom you purchased the product and provide the serial number and proof of the original purchase. If required, the retailer will contact the Manufacturer to obtain service. The original

16 residential retail purchaser is responsible for delivery to and from the retailer, if necessary. If the applicable warranty period continues for more than one (1) year, then after one (1) year, the Manufacturer will provide the replacement parts and materials, but the original residential retail purchaser will be responsible for all labor and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the parts and materials. Mattresses having a warranty of more than one (1) year will be replaced for the original residential retail purchaser on a pro-rated basis as stated above under SLEEPER MATTRESS. If a problem occurs and you have moved or your retailer has moved, contact the Manufacturer s Consumer Relations Department at If identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair, the Manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality. The Manufacturer reserves the right to change specifications without notification. IMPORTANT INFORMATION THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MANUFACTURER OR ITS RETAILERS IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Many household cleaning agents are harmful to the color and life of a fabric. SW Clean this fabric with water-based cleaning agents, foam or pure solvents (Petroleum distillate-based Products). X Clean this fabric only by vacuuming or light brushing to prevent accumulation of dust or grime.
