Optimally located opposite Emirates Towers and the Dubai s convention centre, the 53-storey tower will be a mixed-use tower of retail, highquality office space and apartments totaling 128,000 sq.m. of floor area. The overall form of the tower body is created by two interlocking octagon-shaped floor plates linked by a central elevator core. Extendingsome 191 metres high, the tower is marked at the quarter points along the vertical elevation by luxurious sky lobbies, which provide cascadingpoints of interest leading to a glazed dome at it s top, symbolizing the clear dawn skies of its desert setting.
