For high quality, low maintenance millwork, Fypon has you covered from peak to plinth. The mould is finished with a barrier coat of primer and filled with liquid urethane. The urethane expands and hardens under pressure, creating an exact duplicate of the original master. The new piece is carefully removed from the mould and finished with a second coat of primer. Once the primer dries, the piece is ready for packaging and delivery.
