5 Where We are Mollyflex is located in Castiglione delle Stiviere, which lies on the Po plain to the south of Lake Garda, midway between Mantua and Brescia. This area is known as the home of St. Luigi Gonzaga, the world patron saint of youth, and the Red Cross, and in the past was fought over by the provinces of Brescia and Mantua as it was an important trading area. This fertile land, between the hills and the plain close to Lake Garda, is renowned for its healthy cuisine, homemade specialities and production of PDO wines and extra-virgin olive oil. 5

7 About Us The company Mollyflex Srl was born in Ghedi (BS) in 1980, as a mattress factory, thanks to the love and commitment of the family Pennacchi. The continuous evolution of new Italian products and the high professionalism dedicated to constant research of new technologies used in the production of mattresses, has allowed Mollyflex Srl in the 90s starting to appear on the foreign market, experiencing a great success thanks to growing demand for productsmade in Italy. During the 90 Mollyflex has further expanded its production of mattresses, opening the production to the use of healthy materials and orthopedic, such as latex foam, polyurethanefoam and viscoelastic (shape memory). For over 30 years we take care of your healthy sleep, offering a wide range of mattresses made in Italy that combine comfort, style and quality, in full compliance with the certifications. The production plant today is in Castiglione delle Stiviere and covers an area of 10,000 m2. The family-run business can turn out over 1000 mattresses a day using proven traditional methods. The Pennacchi siblings still market their products at home and abroad and are renowned for their efficient, customer-oriented service. The mattresses Mollyflex are in fact enclosed in a package convenient and practical, vaccum and rolled up, which allows to decrease by about 90% the normal volume, achieving benefits for the distribution but above a lower environmental impact. The company s graphics department works tirelessly to offer more services at 360 degrees for every need expressed by customers. 13 Products and Services Mollyflex produces anti-bedsore, orthopaedic and ergonomic mattresses made of latex foam, viscoelastic, polyurethane foam, merino wool and gel. They can be packaged to the customer s specifications, such as vacuum rolled, rolled up in a cardboard box, flat in nylon wrapping, with or without protective cardboard corners, and so on. The company also makes custom mattresses, in addition to pillows, mattress covers and other bed accessories. 15 Manufacturing process Mollyflex has its own team of professional mattress makers. Production takes place in a series of stages cutting up the fabric, choosing the right filling blend, stitching, continuous quilting and packaging all of which are well defined and painstakingly implemented. The company s main strengths are automated processes, meticulous tailoring and a true passion for the job. Mollyflex is happy to show any of its customers around so they can see from themselves exactly how the mattress is designed and put together. 15

17 Location and Logistics Thanks to our strategic location near Castiglione delle Stiviere, we are ideally situated to guarantee rapid deliveries to our customers in North Italy and nearby European countries - France, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Croatia and Serbia. The factory lies to the south of Lake Garda, 36km from Brescia, 40km from Mantua, 52km from Verona, 129km from Milan and 161km from Venice. It is also very close to two motorways, enabling us to guarantee a highly flexible and efficient delivery service. 17
