4 Objectives of ASMR - Encourage communication among all stakeholders in effective reclamation of disturbed lands. - Promote and support research relating to reclamation. - Provide technical expertise to agencies, organizations, or others who seek assistance in the development and execution of research, demonstration projects, or reclamation plans. - Support educational programs relating to reclamation.
