2 Specific Background in Bonn Adoption of thedeclarationon theagenda 2030 bythe Bonn City Council in February 2016 (general note drafted bythegerman Associationof Cities andthecouncil of European Municipalities and Regions) Sustainability Reporting since 2005 Long term commitment since 1999 in municipal partnerships with the Global South (SDG 17) Numerousprojects(e.g. energyagency, fair tradetown, regional agency for labour), City council resolutions (participationcovenantof Mayors, Guidelines on participation, inclusive education) andconcepts(e.g. Master plan EnergyandClimate, BicycleCapital 2020, Master plan Inner City) that are relevant for the implementation of the agenda 2030
