7 Meeting Venue The meeting will take place at La Bourse. You will be registered in advance for entrance to the building, as long as you have registered for the meeting through the Common Forum website. You will receive your name badge upon registration. La Bourse Place d'armes, Namur Irene Montag Networking events Wednesday evening (23 may) We will get together informally the evening after the first meeting afternoon for a dinner (at your own costs). You are very welcome to join. Prior registration for the dinner is necessary (Note: the link to the registration for social events will be integrated to the registration form on the Common Forum website). 19:00 Get together (Brasserie François, Place Saint-Aubain 3, 5000 Namur, Getting from La Bourse to Brasserie François Take left when you have La Bourse in front of you to enter Rue de la Monnaie (only for pedestrian), and you will reach the main street of Namur (Rue de l'ange). Go to you right in the Rue de l'ange, until you reach Place de l'ange. Then take left to enter Rue de la Croix, which will conduct you straightforward to Place de Québec and further on Place Saint-Aubain where the restaurant sits on the left of the Cathedral. 7

8 Thursday evening (24 may) After the second day of the meeting, we will go on a guided walk which will take us from the meeting venue via old parts of Namur to the restaurant. The official dinner, courtesy of the hosting organisations, will be held at L Espièglerie (Rue des Tanneries 13, 5000 Namur, Prior registration for the dinner is necessary (Note: the link to the registration for social events will be integrated to the registration form on the Common Forum website). The schedule for the evening is: The meeting ends at La Bourse Discovering Namur (Walk in the city centre) Dinner at L Espièglerie The walk takes around 1 hour and comfortable shoes are recommended. Getting from La Bourse to L'Espièglerie When you have La Bourse in your back, go to the other side of the Place d'armes in order to reach Rue Marché Saint-Rémy. Then take left, and go straightforward (crossing Rue de la Tour and Avenue Fernand Golenvaux), continue the street (Rue du Bas de la Place, then becoming Rue de Gravière and later Rue Julie Billiard) until you reach a Y intersection where you take the street going left (Rue des Tanneries), where the restaurant lies. 8
