9 Forestaille pilot Axe 1:Consolidate bio garden activities Installation of green house planned this month Training on bio-gardening currently performed to improve culture setup and planning Cold room installation planned for september 14 Share of plantlets between partners Forestaille and Delsamme started may 2014 : gives a boost to Forestaille pilot 9

12 Forestaille pilot Axe 2:Develop social activities about forgotten orchards with inhabitants Arbor day took place 23th nov at the farm with an exhibition about orchards. Neighbours will be questioned about forgotten orchards Orchards identified in the neigborhoud Training on fruit trees maintenance planned oct 14 12

13 Delsamme pilot Axe 1: Produce small plants ( plantlets) : Existing Greenhouses renovated and new one in place. 13

14 Delsamme pilot Axe 1: Produce (plantlets) : shared with Forestaille pilot and distributed freely to bio-shop customers this year

15 Delsamme pilot Axe 2: Produce compost : Material postponed to 2 semester Ounce installed a compost training will be established between partners 15

16 R1 Cross-cutting themes Certification in horticulture and bio gardening started 4 november 2013 with Soignies school : 4 publics actors have signed a partnership with school 16

17 R1 Cross-cutting themes Horticulture theoretical training was followed by a test. This was successful for all trainees. Proof of success was distributed 12th February. Next step will take place on the 11th June in Delsamme for practical certification on bio gardening 17

18 R1 Cross-cutting themes Training OSH : training took place 2d semester 13 with trainers from all our partners about how to educate people to better eat in precariousness conditions. Training on bio gardening currently in place in forestaille shared with Charleroi pilot Training on fruit trees maintenance scheduled in october 14 Training on composting is planned second semester 14 18

19 R3 Create a social enterprise for the distribution of food Support Forestaille pilot to develop their distribution : Design and help is underway to create web site to help them sell their vegetables. Contact with 1st bio gardening business incubator in Walloon region. Helped La Louvière( Delsamme partner town ) answer call on feasibility study on social economy to set up a bio gardening business incubator and vegetables processing. Successful. Study planned to start in september 14. This incubator should capitalize on Delsamme pilot 10 years experience. 19

21 R5 Set up a network Being solicitated by several actors (public and private) for our expertise (La Louviere, Binche, Mons ) Developing Province interservices dynamic around bio gardening in the Province : that led to several meetings with cities to identify projects related to local and sustainable food production. Participate with Delsamme pilot to several meetings to establish a network of actors interested to develop a bio gardening business incubators. 21

22 R6 Transnational networks Exchange of good practices with Réussir en Sambre on social inclusion bio gardening actors 25th april

23 R7 Communicate Exhibition oct 13: Consom acteurs ( active consumers ) : Green an blue project was presented in details in this exhibition that is about better eating and social consequences 23

24 R7 Communicate A regional televison coverage was published in november 13 on Green and blue futures in Hainaut with presentation of the pilots. 24
