Vladimir Davidovich, P.E. Vladimir has over 27 years experience in different phases of Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Lighting Design and Fire Alarm Systems.

2 Vladimir Davidovich, P.E. Vladimir has over 27 years experience in different phases of Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Lighting Design and Fire Alarm Systems. He began his career in the Former Soviet Union as an R & D Engineer, designing, manufacturing and testing special electr cal machinery equipment for the military. In 1978, Vladimir moved to Israel where he became an executive for the State of Israel Electric Power Company. His responsibilities included overseeing the design, installation and maintenance of power distribution transformers. In 1984, Vladimir left Israel in pursuit of a career in the United States. He established himself in Los Angeles and worked as a leading Electrical Engineer in several Engineering Consulting firms. In 1989, Vladimir founded Davidovich & Associates - a fully service consulting Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Life Safety, Lighting Design and Dry Utilities consulting engineering firm. Vladimir is intimately involved in every aspect of the firm s activities including the design and construction of the projects under contract. He has a hands-on approach and the ability to represent all the trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Lighting and Energy Conservation) throughout the initial stages of the design, which makes him a valuable component of any team. Vladimir is known in the Development, Architectural and Construction communities for his no-nonsense best value for the money engineering approach. His innovative ideas and ability to establish mutually beneficial relationships with all members of the design and construction team has earned him recognition and respect in the industry. Teaching by example, Vladimir has installed dimmable fluorescent lighting fixtures, controlled by lighting sensors to provide the most efficient combination of natural and artificial lighting. Vladimir is also a frequent contributor and lecturer for LEED and Energy Conservation for Real Estate, Construction, and Architectural Communities. Further, Vladimir has mandated all his engineers at D&A to take the video course, provided by CHPS web site.

4 Bruce Rohani, P.E., LEED AP By leveraging over 25 years of experience, Bruce Rohani is able to find the most cost sensitive, technically sound and environmentally conscience mechanical engineering solutions on any project type. Since joining Davidovich & Associates in 1996, Bruce efficiently managed the mechanical & plumbing department on a wide variety of prects including several on-call and municipal developments. As the Mechanical Project Manager & Director of Sustainable Design, Bruce is involved in design of Public, Healthcare, Mental Health, Commercial, and Educational & Government facilities including schematic design, design of construction drawings, load and energy modeling calculations, client interface, meetings and presentations, specification writing, review of shop drawings as well as plan check approvals and other compliances. Bruce makes himself readily available to answer any questions related to sustainable design including questions on energy recovery systems, thermal storage, demand ventilation, ultra efficient plumbing fixtures, green roofs, photovoltaic and solar hot water systems etc. One of Bruce s main areas of concentration has been in the renovation and conversion of existing Healthcare and Educational Facilities. His excellent work has earned him a solid reputation in designing reliable, easily maintainable and sustainable Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering systems for numerous Health Care and LAUSD facilities. Bruce has mastered these skills by his constant involvement in resolving the arising challenges of healthcare renovation projects that require a clear understanding of the ever increasingly demands of patients and physicians in different medical disciplines, medical insurances and regulatory agencies, OSHPD and OSHPD 3 criteria, DSA, and the sutainability goals established by CHPS and LEED systems.
