We will establish an educational and research program that will enable us to produce personnel that can contribute to society by granting students the educational opportunity to think about what can I do and to put that into action. 3 - 4 - Reform of research organization Objective of research plan Constructing new values and style of regional collaborative research across 4 plans and 8 s based on the comprehensive includes supporters and alumni Research plan for the To-Collabo program Tokai University has a network of approximately 51 support organizations, 74 alumni association branches and an organization called Keyaki no Kai, a grou alumni that includes approximately 400 companies as members. Each group maintains relations with local municipalities.
