Therefore, please contact this office by the response date if you have any comments pertaining to the proposal. Comments made identifying potential impacts should be as specific as possible and should be based on supporting data (e.g., traffic counts, expected pollutant levels, etc.). Your comments should emphasize potential impacts in areas which your agency has expertise and/or jurisdictional responsibilities. These comments will assist our Department in preparing a staff report to present to the Planning Commission. Those reports will contain our recommendations for approval or denial. N/A Agriculture A-2-40 (General Agriculture) Project Description: Request to obtain a Use Permit and Development Agreement to allow up to 10,000 square feet of indoor cannabis cultivation. The cultivation will take place in a proposed 12,600 square foot green house. There is also a proposed 3,200 square foot warehouse for storage. The property is currently served by MID for irrigation water and is proposing an on-site well and septic system. When the project is completely built out it is anticipated that there will be a maximum of 5 employees per shift. The indoor cultivation facility will operate from 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week with an estimated two truck trip associated with the cultivation activities per month.
