Helped to develop new and innovative equipment to operate from the sidewalk and eliminate the need for lane closures. Remedial Design JMT s extensive design history involves the repair and reconstruction of structures as part of routine maintenance or due to an emergency situation. Repairs for routine maintenance and rehabilitation purposes help extend the service life of structures for our clients. Inspection JMT has significant experience with bridge inspections for state, county, and municipally owned bridges in conjunction with National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS). These inspections include elements such as non-destructive testing, destructive testing, load rating analysis, scour analysis, underwater inspections and seismic evaluations. All work is performed under the direction of registered professional engineers. JMT Team Leaders have completed the Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges course as well as other specialty training. rigging to access areas of bridges that normally require traffic lane closures, thereby minimizing the inconvenience to the traveling public. JMT has performed bridge inspection services on on-call and scoped projects from Virginia to New York.
