Sapphire Greens / Richmond Greens intersection: Confirm drought stressed turf, identifying if coverage patterns are uniform.

2. Adjacnet to 2511 Sapphire Greens: Control hot spots and replace under warranty pest damaged turf. 3. To the right of 2419 Richmond Greens: Rake down the earth mound at the base of the Oak, ensuring there is not a Volcano tree ring. LYNHURST 4. Kings Green frontage berm: Improve vigor in the Loropetalum hedgerow. 5. 1206: Request the irrigation contractor to eliminating the hose in the unused tree well. 6. Monitor flush of new growth on the Podocarpus, controling aphids. 7. 2451 Sifield Greens: Increase fertility to the Hawthorns. Also, use systemic controls to reduce the Chili Thirp population. 8. Across from 2427 Sifield: Prune the deadwood in the Ligustrum Privet. 9. Remove the debris in the Association side of the frontage berm. MAPLEWOOD 10. Sifield Greens entrance: Prune the pups on the Paroutis palm closet to the sign to improve visibility. 11. 2205: Monitor the newly installed Ixora, confirm soil moisture and fertility. 12. 2216: Control emerging Nutsedge. 13. Adjacent to 2234: Elevate the common area Oaks. 14. Unit 2237: Prune the stubs and weak branches on the Ligustrums. 15. Unit 2279: The Ligustrum Privet is damage and in decline, I would recommend removal of the Ligustrum and allowing the Loropetalum Standard to become the ornamental tree. 16. Unit 2287: Maintain clearance up to contract levels in the common area Oak. 17. Unit 2123: Improve fertility to the Maui Ixora. PORTSMITH 18. To the right of 2035: Ground prune the declining Bottle Brush. 19. 2027 Sifield: Monitor the drought appearance and associated hot spotting. 20. In front of Unit 1920: Control hot spotting in the turf.

21. Unit 1922: Control grassy weeds in the St. Augustine. 22. Sifield / Nottingham Greens intersection: Reduce the height of the Viburnum and Thryallis, so crossing traffic is not obstructed. 23. Across the frontage: Remove windfall and trash weekly. 24. Entrance monument: Confirm soil moisture in the new sod and Blue Daze. OAKLEY GREEN 25. Adjacent to Units 2405 and 2407 Nottingham Greens: Confirm soil moisture. 26. Units 2415, 2424, 2156 and Units 2431 to 2433: Confirm soil moisture. 27. To the right if 2450: I would recommend submitting a work order to cap and bury the unused tree bubbler. 28. 2300 Block of Oakley Greens Drive: Confirm soil moisture, there are areas of significant drought stress. 29. 2207 Oakley Green: Improve fertility to Loropetalum. GRANTHAM 30. Prune back the Crown of Thorns to promote a flush of new clean growth. 31. Entrance berm: Rejuvenate prune the Red Fountain Grass following the bloom period. 32. Grantham / Corinth entrance: Hand prune the deadwood from the Junipers. 33. Define soft edges with a metal blade edgers, creating a vertical bed line. 34. Unit 2058: Monitor the recovery of hot spot damage. INVERNESS 35. Unit 1905: Reduce the width of Loropetalums extending into the driveway and entrance sidewalk, this will result in a somewhat denuded appearance. 36. Unit 2044: Prune the Bougainville off the left side of the residence. CORINTH 37. Improve soft edging. 38. To the right of 1251: Improve vigor in the Ixora hedgerow. 39. Near 1246 and 1244 Corinth Greens Drive: Confirm irrigation coverage. 40. 1220 Corinth Greens Drive: Monitor and control hot spots.

41. Remove the mow duff from the inside of the berm. DEVONSHIRE 42. To the left of Unit 1150: Monitor the recovery of hot spot damage. 43. Complete with sanitized pruning tools the elevation and cleanup pruning on the Roebelenii palms. 44. Unit 1126: Hand prune green reversion in the Arboricola Trinettes. YORKSHIRE 45. Along the south perimeter: Elevate the Magnolia and Ligustrum hedgerow, maintaining clearance for mowers. 46. 2112 Worthington Greens: Remove the Ganoderma Conchs. 47. 2120 Worthington Greens: Clean up the pruning from the Loropetalum. 48. Across the commons: Control grassy weeds in the St. Augustine turf. 49. 2116 Worthington Greens: Improve vigor in the St. Augustine from previous pest injury. 50. Control turf disease. ACADIA I 51. 2171: Detail the Jatropha into a smaller canopy to sit under soffit. Due to the location this will need to be maintained in a small canopy 52. Between Unit 2161-2100 Acadia Greens Drive: There are numerous hot spots and drought stressed areas in the turf stands. Confirm soil moisture and report to Darryl/FSR. ACADIA II 53. 2044 Acadia Greens Drive: Control hot spotting in the turf. 54. Between Units 2012 2002Control disease in the St. Augustine turf. FAIRBOURNE 55. Remove the weeds in the Asiatic Jasmine plantings in the center strips. 56. 1223 Fairbourne: Check for a possible irrigation leak in the saturated soil.

HUNTINGTON 57. Improve vigor in the Blue Daze. 58. Confirm soil moisture to the Blue Daze and newly installed sod. 59. Unit 1237: Redefine the tree well and sod in the areas of chemical overspray. EDINBURGH 60. Rejuvenate prune Fakahatchee grass, treating with systemic miticides. 61. 1916 Acadia Green Drive: Control hot spotting in the turf. SOMERSET 62. Adjacent to 980 Pembroke Point Way: Fertilize foundation Boxwood. 63. 2212 Vista Greens Drive: Confirm soil moisture for newly installed turf along driveway strip. 64. Vicinity of 2223 Vista Greens Drive: Control minor grassy weeds. 65. Fertilize turf. Closely monitor localized areas of chlorosis and supplement fertilize as needed per contract specifications. BROOKFIELD 66. Prune sucker growth up to contractual heights from roadside Oak trees. 67. Unit 2206: Confirm there is no active pest injury in turf that appears drought stressed. 68. Unit 2226: Control grassy weeds in St. Augustine turf. Due to the amount of weeds, resodding is recommended. 69. Unit 2248: Use sanitized pruning tools to remove old fronds, seedpods, and stalks from Roebelenii Palm. 70. Near entrance at Unit 2309: Remove volunteer palm from Liriope bed. 71. Unit 2314: Confirm there is no active pest injury in St. Augustine turf. WORTHINGTON 72. Unit 2204: Monitor decline in diseased Queen Palm. 73. Unit 2212: Repair hot spot damaged turf. 74. Avoid chemical overspray adjacent to tree well bed lines. Use a metal blade edger to redefine damaged tree wells and redistribute remaining mulch to neaten appearance.

75. Unit 2243: Control pests and hot spot damage in turf. Make sure irrigation is operating properly. 76. Village entrance at Newpoint Loop: Remove dead and declining Pittosporums. 77. Newpoint Loop frontage berm: Thoroughly remove Magnolia fruit and leaf drop. JAMESON 78. Vilmont Greens Drive frontage: Control hot spots in turf. Determine if soil is dry, contributing to a lack of vigor of turf. 79. Entrance berm: Hand prune dead wood from Indian Hawthorns. 80. Improve soft line edging, redefining tree wells and bed lines where chemical overspray occurred. 81. Unit 1124: Monitor Queen Palm to determine if new bud is emerging cleanly. 82. North extension of frontage berm: Fertilize Indian Hawthorns. KENSINGTON 83. Control grassy weeds in St. Augustine turf. 84. Adjacent to Unit 2421: Prune Ligustrums striking garage carriage lamp. 85. Common lawn across from Unit 2485: Confirm newly installed sod is at grade. CATEGORY III: IMPROVEMENTS PRICING 1. 2526 Sapphire Greens: Provide a price to remove the dead palm, the bud of the palm has failed. 2. 2112 Worthington Greens: Provide a price to remove the diseased palm. 3. Worthington: Provide a price to remove Ganoderma infected palm tree. CATEGORY IV: NOTES TO OWNER 1. Jameson, vicinity of Units 1150 to 1165: There are areas that are exhibiting signs of drought stress. Please notify ITS to confirm irrigation run times are appropriate for this season. 2.
