HVaC Tech Training Napoleon HVAC recently held a tech training session with Mark Robinet and Mike Cantin in Calgary at Diamond Fireplaces (Napoleon HVAC Distribution) on September 1st. Another session was held at Gemco Fireplaces and Wholesale Htg Products (Napoleon HVAC Distribution) on September 2nd. Both locations were very well attended with great feedback and interaction from many current and new Napoleon HVAC dealers/contractors. 4

Most companies traditionally market their maintenance in the early fall, though February is a great month to target, as consumers are more aware of their equipment due to the frequency of its operation as well as their energy bills. A maintenance promotion will assist in getting your tech into their homes, opening the opportunity for the added sale of a PMA (preventative maintenance agreement), indoor air quality product or even a new Napoleon furnace.
