WHAT WE HEARD... Minimizing impact of development on: Parks and Open Space strategies include site-sensitive park design; parkland dedication; registration of conservation covenant(s); and partnership with third party stewarship group(s) to support ongoing management of sensitive environmental areas. Adjacent Neighbourhoods strategies include alternative transportation measures to reduce traffic; dedicated access (alternative) via Block 6; forested buffers (trail corridors) along parcel boundaries; and significant landscape retention to minimize view impact.

VISION AND CHARACTER Gospel Village will be the Sunshine Coast s Little Village with a Big View. Our vision for the Gospel Village includes protecting the public access to cherished open spaces; ensuring that development is low impact and sustainable; and building a vibrant, healthy community that respects local values and reflects local character. COMMUNITY...BY NATURE.
