Five Major Recommendations Reunite Parks and Recreation Services Hire a Highly Qualified Parks Director For now, keep Parks & Recreation within DPW Strengthen and Restructure the Hartford Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission Establish a Department of Environmental Services
