The 3THERMO radiator (concealed or for drywall installation) is adjusted for serial connections. The recommended system installation is SIRK. The radiator should be covered with a standard layer of plasterwork (1-2cm) or plasterboard. The 3THERMO system does not require any special plaster mixtures as its construction reinforces the pl asterwork and does not cause any stresses. It can be used in vertical and horizontal (floor) fittings. The concealed 3THERMO heater is a economic solution to improving the construction of wall heating, i.e. the best and most effective form of surface systems. It does not introduce water under the plaster. It does not belong to the family of water systems. The heat exchange technology used at the water and gas level uses the diffusive ability of the gaseous state to the highest degree. The ability to accumulate heat of solids and easy transport of thermal energy in a horizontal system using water. Owing to the separation of the water system from the heating part, the heater eliminates all existing disadvantages of wall solutions, in particular the safety (dry-wall systems) and the rapidity of installation. It prevents the appearance of cracks in the plaster caused by elevated temperatures due the unique thin structure (8.5 mm), and an openwork structure provides natural strengthening for the plaster. As opposed to polymer-based water systems, the 3THERMO heater does not cause stresses and, at the same time, it does not have temperature limits nor does it require specialised thick plasters. It also improves the hydraulic performance of the central heating system as it considerably reduces the flow resistance and amount of heating water. Moreover, it is supplied in a single-pipe system as a serial system. The 3THER- MO heater is deprived of all electrostatic effects known from electric solutions used in wall systems. 2 3

The construction and the principle of operation of the 3THERMO concealed heater. The 3THERMO heater is wholly made of industrial aluminium alloy, resistant to the humid alkaline environment. A radiator the Rabitz mesh, made in Ledóchowski s expanded metal technology. 2. Three cores of the radiator fulfilling the function of dynamic distribution of thermal energy taken from the water system along the heater structure. 3. The lower collector the system of water flow from the central heating system equipped with a 2x12 mm nipple connections for the SIRK system (Systemic Insulated Rubber Pipe) or other PEX systems. A solid design of the collector also fulfils the function of preliminary thermal energy storage and is the basis for the heat exchanger of the water and gas system. The task of the radiator is increasing the surface area (350 dm 2 ), balancing and extending the temperature from the cores. Moreover, it strengthens the structure for plaster. 1. The 3THERMO system insulated rubber pipe s construction is reinforced, and still fully flexible. If you use it in a central heating installation, there will be no need to apply elbows in the corners as you can freely bend SIRP at an angle of 90 degrees on short arches, without breaking it. In addition, the low linear expansion coefficient means that there will be no stress on the system. SIRP guarantees stability, tightness and security. Its resistance to high temperatures of up to 120 0C means that even if there is a failure of the heat source and the water in the system starts to boil, the low temperature installation will not suffer any damages. EPDM is an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer. It is a kind of synthetic rubber whose structure has been changed by monomer cross-linking, increasing the number and compressibility of bonds between cells, and thus creating the so-called sulphur bridges. EPDM is a fire-proof substance. It is a self-extinguishing material, which does not show a fire spreading tendency. EPDM is a substance resistant to ozone, UV, water vapour, glycol-based fluids, acid and alkaline solutions. WURTH rings Both ends of the water collector in the concealed radiator are fitted with connectors of an external diameter of 12.5 mm. The connecting terminals are compatible with popular socket systems used for mounting insulation pipework. The 3THERMO wire should be crimped on the radiator manually using the indicted system tool and WURTH rings made from acid-proof steel. 1. Controller temperature controller 2. Thermostatic heads The installation of the 3THERMO system is single-line installation; radiators are connected in a series, one after another, forming heating circuits as in the classical under- -floor system. Individual heating circuits are supplied from a typical central heating distributor. 3. Heating distributor 3. Electronic distributor panel The 3THERMO wall-heating unit can be controlled like any other heating system. Due to a lower inertia of wall heating as compared to under-floor heating, the 3THERMO system does not require any complicated control systems. Room thermal regulators and digital thermostatic heads in individual circuits are responsible for keeping the optimal temperature. The Polish TECH company is responsible for providing the systemic control for the 3THERMO systems. 10 11
