CSL is 11 km from York and situated 370 km north of London. Air travel is straightforward: arrivals may be at London Heathrow or Stansted, Manchester or Leeds Bradford. The rail journey time from Manchester and London to York is approximately two hours and travel from Leeds airport to York takes just over one hour by taxi.
