Cimney draugt breaker Te draugt breaker is an important part of te boiler. t is installed on te flue gas exaust wit stable exaust from 2 to 200 Pa. Tis item is removable to enable approac for service works. Wen installing back, it is necessary to seal it properly. Dimensions and sape of te draugt breaker are given by te producer and must not be canged! Function of te draugt breaker: ysafe and perfect burning ypartial elimination of an excessive exaust, stabilization of te boiler efficiency yprotection of te boiler against possible influence of reverse draugt in te cimney yreverse draugt can start as a result of an incorrectly selected exaust ventilator in a flat or a ouse wic is dangerous and not allowed yin te case of accidental intake of flue gas or outside air intake into te boiler, te draugt breaker ensures accomplised burning for a limited time and flue gas returns from te draugt breaker back to te boiler room Function of te flue gas termostat Te flue gas termostat serves to interrupt te boiler operation by closing te gas supply into te boiler, if te reverse flue gas flow occurs. Te flue gas termostat is not switced on automatically after te sensor cools down. t is necessary to switc it on manually, by te red or black button on te termostat. f te boiler operation is blocked again, it is necessary to call service tecnician. Te flue gas termostat must not be out of order during te boiler operation. Te faulty termostat must be replaced only wit an original one supplied by producer. Boiler function Te required water temperature is kept by te boiler termostat. Wen te water temperature acieves te adjusted value, te appropriate electrical part of te combined valve is closed.tereby is te gas supply into te burners stopped. Te termostat enables te power supply and te main burners are ignited immediately after te water temperature decreases for several degrees under te adjusted value (i.e. starting difference value of termostat). Te flame control is automatic. f te burning conditions cange (big drop of gas pressure, gas supply broken or burning stopped), te valve closes te gas supply into te burners. Te emergency termostat protects te boiler against overeating, if te boiler termostat or valve fails. Output regulation Te boiler is equipped wit te basic regulation and control elements tat serve for one-level (EKO, KLV), two-level (PLQ, KLQ) and automatically controlled (E, EZ) output regulation. Te regulation of te boiler can be set up and controlled only by a specialized service worker. 14

CAST RON FLOOR STANDNG GAS BOLER After set up Te most simple regulation is to set up te operation termostat correctly, depending on te outside temperature according to te informative values wic must be adjusted by te user by is own experience and various ways of te source dimensioning, eating bodies, construction of te building, etc. Te boiler works adequately to te selected mode. After reacing te required temperature of eating water, te flame on burners extinguises and only te ignition burner burns (EKO, PLQ, P). After it gets colder, te flame is ignited automatically. Wit tis way of regulation te cycles (on-off) of te boiler cange often, mainly in te transient times of seasons wen te eating water temperature is low, and tere is excess output. Suc operation mode is not good for te boiler and it increases average consumption of gas. For tese times we recommend to decrease te output for PLQ, KLQ modifications, to prolong te boiler lifetime and to decrease te average gas consumption. By te E, EZ modifications is te output decreased automatically. Regulation of operation t is possible to use te additional regulation wic is not included into te equipment of te boiler. Te installation must be done adequately to te project. t is also possible to use regulators and room termostats according to te temperature of te selected reference room or equitermal regulation of te eating water. Tere is a wide range of room termostats of domestic and foreign production from simple ones up to programmable ones wit daily or weekly cycle to regulate te room temperature. n tis case is te temperature of eating water stable and keeps te boiler in longer operating modes. Due tis, te producer recommends to install te mixing circle as a basic element to regulate te operation. Te regulation is done troug mixing te ot water from te boiler wit returning water in te eating system. Te water of te adequate temperature is prepared by mixing te water from te boiler wit return water and te eated object gets only te necessary amount of eat. Except of te mixing device tere are also te servo-gear and te electronic regulator. Te mixing device can be used separately, witout automatic regulation by servo-gear. n tis case it must be manually set to a certain point of scale according to te estimated temperature. A suitable type and size is selected by project maker as a part of complete additional regulation for automatic operation. Marking of te boiler Te marking means te wole identification of te boiler and it is in te form of a adesive label placed on te rear cover of te boiler. A brief summary of instructions and information about manipulation is on te label on te internal part of te boiler door. Spare parts Te producer keeps te particular parts of boilers as spare parts wic are provided for guarantee and post-guarantee service only to contract partners on te base of order or claim. 15

Guarantee, claim Te guarantee conditions and instructions for claim are exactly given in te guarantee letter. Repairs witin te guarantee period ave to by done by te autorized company. Attention! Regarding te conditions of guarantee, te producer does not permit any repairs by an unautorized organization witin te guarantee period. Service Te autorized company as to ceck and adjust te boiler every year witin te guarantee period. Tis ceck is not included into te guarantee. Even after finising te guarantee time, te producer recommends to make any interventions aiming to repairs by a contract service partner. Te actions of te user witin te post guarantee time are determined in te part Maintenance. Maintenance Te user is instructed to do only te basic maintenance like removing dirts and dust according to te cleanliness of environment. Te burner parts can be congested by dust and impurities during te boiler operation. To clean te boiler, it is necessary to undo and clean te burner system by air or by a water pressure. Only te autorized trained specialist can make te reparations and cleaning of te boiler. Packaging, transport, storing Boilers are transported in vertical position fixed to a wooden pallet tat is removed during te installation of te boiler. n any case it must not be used as a stand for boiler. To prevent damaging during manipulation and transport, te boiler is protected by a paper box. Te paper box is secured by a granoflex tape. Te boiler must be stored in an un-aggressive space wit te temperature of +5 to +50 C and maximum relative umidity of air of 75 %, witout any organic steams, gases and dust. Boiler accessories and documentation Te ATTACK EKO, PLQ, KLQ, KLV, E, EZ, B boilers are delivered completely assembled and functionally tested. Te delivery contains te following documentation: yinstruction manual togeter wit a document boiler test certificate on its back side yguarantee letter Tecnical canges Te producer reserves rigt for adjustments of te product related to te innovation and tecnological canges. Suc canges do not ave to be contained in te instructions. Conclusion Te producer recommends to study all te consumer documentation torougly and keep it as a source of information and instructions regarding to operation of te eating system. Following te 16
