Design Review Team At Porter Davis, we pay attention to detail. Our building experts will review your paperwork and ensure that the design you have chosen suits your block. They will also evaluate any of the structural changes requested, as well as your site and soil survey report. World of Style Styling is one of the most exciting elements in creating a new home. Staff at our World of Style showroom in South Melbourne will contact you to set up an appointment for your colour and materials selection. However, we suggest you come in as many times as you wish before this appointment, to pre-select and to consider the range of materials and colour pathways you might like to adopt. Building Coordinator This is the person who will be your primary point of contact throughout the build. The coordinator will look after your paperwork and book your contract and tender appointments. At Lock-up, Fixing and Practical Completion stages you are sent a copy of the same report we receive, so there is complete transparency on the state of your build.this service is all part of the Porter Davis difference and you can be assured that your new home will not be handed over to you until the independent inspectors have approved each stage.
