Entries Taken and staged Thursday, 10th May, 2018 from 4.00 pm. until 7.00 pm at the Centenary Pavilion only (No entries will be accepted at the show office). 2. All exhibits except Decorative must be grown by the exhibitor and have been in his or her possession for at least three months. 3. Society will exercise the utmost care, but cannot accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to any exhibits. 4. Flowers in Classes 3836 to 3839 may be displayed in a clear plastic container approved by show committee 5. All flowers should be named where possible (cards available at entry desk). 6. Entries are unlimited 7. Collection of exhibits. The Centenary Pavilion will close to the public at 4 pm on Sunday with stewards only permitted to remain inside. 8. The pavilion will reopen at 5.00PM (normal collection time) for exhibitors with exhibit tickets only. No one other than exhibitors will be admitted. Pavilion to close at 5.30pm 9.
