Entries close Thursday 28 June 2018 Exhibits in all Sections will be accepted at the Horticulture Pavilion on Thursday 28 June 2018 between 9:30am and 5:30pm and are to be ready for Judging by 6.45pm. Late entries will not be judged. 2. All Entries MUST be accompanied by a completed entry form. 3. Entries after 5pm will not be accepted without a completed entry form. 4. All Exhibits to be nominated on entry form and will not be accepted unless accompanied with entry fee. 5. Entry Fee is $1 per entry for Floral Art and 50c per entry for all other Sections. 6. Prizes as stated at the beginning of each Section can be collected from Stewards at 4pm on Sunday 1 July All Cuts in Section 1 to be of reasonable Show standard. 8. Pot Plants will not be accepted unless the weight is less than 10kg and the height is less than one metre from base of pot, unless otherwise stated in each class. 9. Section 6, 7 & 8 All exhibits must be grown by the competitor. Vegetables must have bare root and/or tops attached where applicable. All citrus to have a minimum of 1cm. stalk. 10. All Exhibits are to be collected after 4pm on Sunday 1 July Potted plants must be signed out by exhibitor. Exhibits not collected will be surrendered to Show Society. No cars will be allowed on showgrounds before 4pm on Sunday 1 July All care will be taken of the exhibits but the Society will not be responsible for any loss or damage. 12. The Head Steward reserves the right to group certain classes and allocate prizes at his or her discretion. 13. Plants will be accepted for Judging even if foliage is trimmed & supported by stakes, but stakes are not to be higher than plant. 14. Prizes awarded in all classes at Judges discretion. 15. All Classes Receive both a First and second Prize. First Prize is goods to the value of $5. and Second Prize is goods to the value of $2.50 EXCEPT where otherwise stated. 16. The Horticulture Pavilion will be open at 8 am daily. 17. More than 1 entry allowed in any class.
