CATEGORY II: MAINTENANCE ITEMS PRINCETON 1. At the resumption of pruning, detail the multi stem Hibiscus at Unit 511. 2. Nightcap Court commons: Control turf disease. TREMONT I 35. Unit 728: Rejuvenate prune the Queens Purse when pruning resumes. Also, increase fertility to flush new growth. 36. Unit 767: Repair or replace under warranty areas of turf loss due to pest injury. 37. Detail the pond shores during mowing operations at the base of the Cypress trees, where the knees are prohibiting lawn mowers. TREMONT II 38. Entrance: Improve fertility, groom declining foliage, and stage prune the canes in the Hawaiian Tia. 39. In front of Unit 627: Remove the declining Indian Hawthorn and redistribute the bed mulch. 40. Unit 641 and 642: Repair or replace pest damage in the turf under warranty. VILLEROY 41. Entrance monument: Control grassy weeds in the turf stands. 42. Unit 903: There is damage to the irrigation at the driveway front. 43. Between Unit 906 and 913: Continue to reduce the grassy weed in the St. Augustine, promoting infilling growth in the common lawn areas.

44. Unit 926: Improve fertility to the Dwarf Ixora. 45. Near Unit 955: Control Broadleaf weeds and Nutsedge in the turf. 46. Across the frontage berm: Reduce on the Ligustrum Privets. SOUTH HAMPTON I 47. Adjacent to the mailbox: Eliminate grassy turf weeds in the compacted soils, promoting infilling growth in the St. Augustine. SOUTH HAMPTON II 48. Along the north perimeter wood line behind Unit 1112: Prune back the overgrowth extending into the rear of the residence. OXFORD I 49. Entrance monument sign: Control bed weeds in the Asiatic Jasmine planting. 50. Across the rear lawns 2300 Block of Olive Branch: Improve the turf vigor, while reducing grassy and Broadleaf turf weeds. 51. 1027 McDaniel: There is a damaged popup sprinkler. OXFORD II 52. Village monument: Control bed weeds in the rock bed. 53. Between the entrance drive and McDaniel: Promote infilling growth in the Bermuda grass. 54. Unit 2216 Olive Branch common lawn: Control turf disease. RADISON I 55. 1000 Block of Radison: Reduce grassy turf weeds with elective herbicide. 56. During weekly visits, remove windfall in the common bed areas. 57. Across the commons: Improve fertility to the Indian Hawthorn. RADISON II 58. Unit 1217, 1221, and 1231 Radison: Monitor improvement in the Queen palm fertility. 59. Behind Unit 1251: Monitor soil moisture on the berm, identify if the drought conditions are resulting in declining St. Augustine.

CATEGORY III: IMPROVEMENTS PRICING 1. Manchester II, 749 Masterpiece Drive: Provide a price to remove declining Queen Palms. 2. Brookfield, Unit 2257: Provide a price to remove declining Queen Palm. 3. Tremont I entrance: Provide a price to control fire ants, refer to supplemental pricing for cost information. CATEGORY IV: NOTES TO OWNER 1. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years from OLM, Inc. 2. Manchester I, 618 Masterpiece Drive: The Orchid tree is overgrowing the entrance walk. 3. Manchester II, 749 Masterpiece Drive: I recommend removal of declining Queen Palms. If fungus is present, allowing the plants to remain on property can result in increased exposure to other palms. 4. During today s inspection we discussed seasonal pruning of Crape Myrtles. I recommend lightly pruning small diameter branches. This will improve flush of growth and increase flowering. Heavy pruning Crape Murder requires the plant to reproduce all new stem wood before flowering with fewer flowers later in the season. I recommend pencil pruning to promote the best flowering form in Crape Myrtles. 5. Villeroy: I would recommends removing the declining diseased Hollies on the berm front. 6. Radison II: The palms on the frontage berm are unpruned. CATEGORY V: NOTES TO CONTRACTOR 1. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years from OLM, Inc. 2. I recommend resolving outstanding turf warranty issues with direction from FirstService Residential.
