Utilities, Internet and Extras Utilities Cleverstudentlets are able to manage utilities on your behalf. Gas and electricity readings will be taken normally on a six weekly basis. If managing utilities Cleverstudentlets will move accounts to our nominated supplier. Cleverstudentlets does not manage or pay for the water supply, this remains the responsibility of the landlord. We offer all our students a minimum of a monthly clean in communal areas. We have had great success with larger properties offering this service on a two week basis. For the purpose of preparing the property for new tenants, we also conduct a end of tenancy deep clean of all properties.
