R07C Cellar Cooling Introduction The New Cellarmaster from Climate Center is a simple cost effective range to provide cooling for the smaller cellars within the beer and wine cooling industry. A small specifically designed range of service friendly condensing units and evaporators catering for cooling capacities between 2.9 and 5.7 kw, with rated ambient temperatures up to 38 C. Selections are available with cellar temperatures from 9 C to 12 C, which will meet the range of cooling requirements for compact pub cellars, clubs and wine bars. Sound levels have been minimised throughout the range of CMO condensing units and CMI evaporators. The Range Consisting of accessible CMO outdoor, weatherproof, housed units aligned with compact CMI evaporators, the Climate Center Cellarmaster range is designed for the smaller and medium cellar cooling applications. Cellarmaster CMO condensing units are designed to minimise sound levels, together with an acoustic kit option enabling up to a further 5 db reduction, for noise sensitive locations. The CMI evaporator compact design incorporates an external rotor fan set, reducing sound, resonance and vibration, therefore minimising sound break out into bar and accommodation areas. An optional air heater is available to maintain the desired cellar temperature under winter conditions. CMO Condensing Unit Specification Nominal sound pressure levels: 38 to 9 db at m. Housing: Fully weatherproof, with powder coat grey gloss finish (RAL7036) Compressor: R07C Hermetic complete with crankcase heater. Controls: Externally accessible 20A mains isolator and compressor contactor. Separate preset 26.0 bar HP and 0.7 bar LP pressure switches. Fully wired and enclosed electrical assembly. Fanset: Single phase, high efficiency, low noise external rotor design with integrated guard rated to IP. Service: Maximum access for service maintenance incorporating simple hinged and removable panels. Lid lifts up and latches, with two positions - full open or front access only. Connections: Liquid and Suction copper tubes on right hand side with adequate length to minimise risk of burning case work or cables. Installation: Access without need to remove fixings, with all components fully accessible from one side. CMI Specification Nominal sound pressure levels: 50 to 53 db at 3m Construction : Compact steel chassis design. White, single piece highly durable front panel, incorporating the fan mounting. Drain tray: Tough and durable white ABS design with ¾ inch BSP connection allowing simple removal for cleaning. Fittings readily available to connect to speedfit, copper, polypipe etc. as a standard tap fitting - Wolseley part number 517588. Liquid Line: Sealed 053S filter drier. Controls: Industry standard mechanical two stage thermostat mounted on the rear of the evaporator, reducing unnecessary adjustments. Thermostatic expansion valve with bypass capillary for compressor start up. Fansets: Single phase, high efficiency, low noise external rotor design with integrated guard and air straightener rated to IP. Air Throw: Up to 12m for well distributed air movement and even cellar temperatures. Air heater: Optional 1 kw version for winter operation. Service: Front panel, drain tray and end panels are fully removable providing complete access, without the necessity to release the fixings from the ceiling or wall brackets. Simple access to thermostat with end panel removed. Connections: End plates with four slotted fixings provide full access to the connections. Installation: Easily removable endplates with all components fully accessible from one side Options Wall Bracket: Universal design suitable for all CMO condensing units and CMI evaporators. Acoustic Kit: Minimum sound pressure levels are achieved on the CMO condensing units using this option, with reductions up to 5 db at m, when running the fan at minimum speed. The kit comprises the fan speed controller and acoustic lining to the compressor compartment. 2
