SCORE: PASS NEXT INSPECTION DECEMBER 19, 2014 AT 8:00 AM CATEGORY I: MAINTENANCE CARRYOVER ITEMS FROM 10/29/14: CATEGORY II: MAINTENANCE ITEMS OAKLEY GREEN 1. Improve turf fertility. 2. Control bed weeds. 3. Remove accumulation of leaf litter and debris from bed areas, redistributing bed mulch to eliminate any bare soil. 4. At the Nottingham Greens entrance target prune Wax Myrtle to promote improved canopy in the Ligustrum Privet. 28. Remove Magnolia leaf and fruit drop. 29. Remove any remaining Queen Palm fruit drop. 30. Control grassy turf weeds at 2012. 31. Verify irrigation coverage to the left of the driveway at 2012. 32. Replace under warranty declining Indian Hawthorne at 2018. 33. Control hotspots in turf at 2027.

MAPLEWOOD 34. Control chlorosis throughout foundation shrubs, including Allamanda. 35. Improve turf fertility, closely monitoring for recurring insect and disease activity. 36. Maintain a loose canopied Ligustrum Privet, elevating as needed to maintain clearance on driveways. 37. Control hotspot damaged turf in the area of turf weed control at 2209. At 2258 elevate the Oak tree between the home and the construction site to reduce the potential for damage to the tree canopy. LINDHURST 41. Improve fertility in Queen Palms. 42. Improve turf fertility throughout. 43. Remove accumulation of leaf litter and debris in bed areas prior to mulching operations, redistributing all remaining bed mulch and leveling out mulch bed areas. 44. Establish and maintain topiaries with the appropriate tools, removing any pruning debris during pruning operations. Care and attention should be paid to sustaining the topiary shape. 45. Establish and maintain multi-stem Bottlebrush in a consistent canopy height at or about soffit lines. 46. Control insect activity in Eugenia and Eliocarpus. 47. Control turf weeds. 48. Improve turf fertility. 49. Schedule pencil pruning of Crape Myrtles, removing crossing branches, seed pods. Establish a small tree of uniform size and shape. 50. Maintain clearance along building sides from the Bottlebrush trees. 51. Monitor the declining Queen Palm at 2413 Sifield Greens. 52. Remove accumulation of leaf litter, Palm kernel drop and debris in bed areas.

53. Improve fertility in Queen Palms across the lakeside frontage. KENSINGTON 54. Improve turf fertility. 55. Remove accumulation of debris in mulched bed areas, evenly distributing mulch, raking out leaf drop and Palm kernel drop. 56. Improve fertility in Crinum Lilies. 57. Maintain elevations on Roebelenii, maintaining sidewalk clearances. 58. In courtyards remove accumulation of Gardenia leaf drop. 59. Control disease and insect activity in Gardenia Standards in courtyards. 60. Detail Roebelenii Palms of seed pods and any remaining flower stalks. 61. Maintain uniform soft edge with a metal blade edger. 62. Throughout the landscape cut any visible and remaining straps and ties on root balls. 63. Stagger mow patterns to eliminate repetitive ruts along foundations. 64. Maintain stairstep presentations whenever possible in foundation shrub planting areas. 65. Improve fertility in the Bottlebrush trees in the common lawn area at Chelsea Greens Court. JAMESON 66. Improve turf fertility across the frontage berm. 67. Improve fertility to Philodendron Selloums. 68. Redistribute bed mulch at the Village monument at the base of the Knock-out Roses to maintain an improved, finished appearance and closely monitor Knock-out Roses for recurring pest pressure. 69. At the entrance drive target prune the Ligustrum Privet so the STOP sign is not obstructed. 70. Detail beds of leaf litter and windfall. 71. Cap the tree bubbler to the left of 1124. 72. Elevate lower canopies of Ligustrum Privets, improving light penetration to foundations.

73. Control hotspot in turf at 1106 in the driveway. Determine if sod is a suitable replacement. 74. To the right of Unit 1110 verify irrigation coverage, eliminating the tree bubbler where the Oak was removed. 75. Hand prune staggering multi-stem Hibiscus, maintaining the plant lower than the soffit or mid-point of the wall. 76. Improve Palm fertility. RICHMOND GREENS 77. Across the frontage hand-prune Ligustrum Privets to form a small tree with exposed multi-stem quality. Do not shear into large, rounded shrubs. 78. With a metal blade edger remove any evidence of chemical overspray. Do not chemical edge soft bed lines. 79. Remove weeds after bed weeds have been eradicated. 80. Improve fertility in foundation shrubs. 81. Re-set irrigation valve box covers. GRANTHAM 82. Remove any pruning debris from bed areas. 83. Control disease in turf areas in the vicinity of 2132. 84. Identify cause of decline in Queen Palm at 2116. 85. At 2112 I would recommend thinning the Heliconia, maintaining it within its plant group, not allowing it to volunteer into other bed areas. 86. Lightly prune Nora Grant Ixoras, maintaining window sill heights across the golf course view homes. 87. Establish and maintain a rounded pruning form. Eliminate any flat-top shear pruning. 88. At 2021 and 2023 target prune Ligustrum canopies so they do not affect passage into garages. 89. Remove accumulation of Magnolia fruit drop. 90. At 2033 improve fertility to the multi-stem Gardenia. 91. At 2127 control grassy turf weeds.

92. Monitor decline in Queen Palm at 2114. INVERNESS 93. Control chlorosis in Gardenia Standards and Hibiscus Standards. 94. Remove any pruning debris remaining in hedgerows. 95. Improve turf fertility. 96. Control turf disease. 97. Monitor chlorosis in Washingtonia and Queen Palms. EDINBURGH 98. Improve vigor in Indian Hawthorn, closely monitoring for recurring insect activity. 99. Improve fertility in turf. 100. Detail Ligustrum canopies, maintaining uniform loose tree-tops. Avoid rounding with shears. 101. At 1908 Acadia Greens repair the damaged pop-up sprinkler. 102. At the exit drive at Vilmont Greens and Acadia Greens, target prune the Ligustrum Privet canopy so the STOP sign remains visible. FAIRBOURNE 103. Adjacent to the flagpole at the Village entrance, target prune the Wax Myrtle obstructing a clear view of the flagpole. 104. Deadhead Flax Lily. 105. I would recommend removing the declining Indian Hawthorn at the base of the Fairbourne Village monument sign being obscured by the Flax Lily. 106. At 1247 Fairway Greens control disease in turf stands. 107. Redistribute bed mulch, eliminating the appearance of leaf drop and covering bare soils prior to mulching operations. HUNTINGTON 108. Maintain Ligustrum Privet canopies lower than that of Queen Palms uniformly across the village property line and entrance drive. 109. Improve turf fertility throughout St. Augustine lawn areas.

110. Control vigor in the Hibiscus Standard at 1237. Determine if the Hibiscus at the meters is in the appropriate place. 111. Improve fertility in multi-stem Hibiscus across the project site. 112. At 1218 I would recommend removal of the declining Variegated Pittosporum along the sidewalk edge. CATEGORY III: IMPROVEMENTS PRICING 1. At 1218 Huntington Greens provide quote to re-plant in the small strip between the sidewalk and the garage with a suitable plant.
