Project Background
What We ve Heard Public Spaces/Community Features Create new public spaces to gather and host events Enhance/add greenspaces and landscaping Improve public realm/ streetscapes (lighting, street furniture, patio spaces)
What We ve Heard Private Spaces (Development) Ensure new buildings o are distinct in design and consider area character o provide new retail amenities throughout the hub o incorporate affordable housing o are environmentally sustainable o provide opportunities for families
