Automatic mode Turn the knob to AUTO. Your thermostat will function according to the program. Time Current mode Current day Override Override In automatic mode, override is used to switch from Comfort to Economy mode (or conversely) until the next program change. E.g. It is 15:30 and you would like to switch to Comfort mode before the set time (17:00). 00:00 6:00 8:00 15:30 17:00 23:00 00:00 Room temperature Current day programming Display in automatic mode Information button Current day programming Press the override button NOTE: According to the configuration during installation, your unit will continuously display the set-point temperature or the temperature of the room. To change these settings, refer to the installation guide, or contact our customer service department or your installer. - 4 - Override currently active To cancel the current override, press the button once more. - 5 - At 17:00, the program will return to its usual program

Timer mode This mode is used to choose a set-point temperature for a given amount of time. Continuous mode This mode is used to choose a set-point temperature that remains constant. Adjustment of the duration from 15 minutes to 72 hours (in increments of 15 minutes) Set-point temperature setting (from 5 to 30 C) Set-point temperature Choice of set-point temperature (from 5 to 30 C) Modification of the set-point temperature To make changes to the current mode, press OK once more. To cancel the current mode, turn the knob. - 6 - Return to AUTO mode at the end of the countdown To exit this mode, turn the knob. - 7 -

Absence mode In COOL mode, there is no Frost Protection set point. The system will be shut down for the programmed time. This mode lets you place your home under Frost Protection if you need to leave for several days. Adjustment of the number of days (1 to 365) E.g. For a departure on 1 March and a return on 16 March, program 15 days of absence. Automatic operation will resume on 16 March at midnight. To make changes to the current mode, press OK once more. To cancel the current mode, turn the knob. Set-point temperature setting (from 5 to 15 C) and start the calendar countdown. - 8 - Return to AUTO mode at the end of the countdown Off Mode This mode shuts down your system. Room temperature HEAT / COOL mode principle - 9 - Configuration menu access button (press and hold for 5 seconds) (Can only be used with a reversible heat pump: heat mode / cool mode). In winter: set the system to HEAT mode. In summer: set the system to COOL mode. COOL mode (In summer) E.g. 27 C E.g. 24 C

Choosing the HEAT / COOL mode and set-point temperature setting The comfort and economy set-point temperatures for the HEAT mode are independent from the comfort and economy set-point temperatures for the COOL mode. To set the heat mode, select the HEAT mode: Selection of the operation mode for the HEAT / COOL regulation Go on to temperature setting Comfort Comfort set-point temperature setting (from 5 to 30 C in increments of 0.5 C) Go on to temperature setting Economy Economy set-point temperature setting (from 5 to 30 C in increments of 0.5 C) To exit this mode, turn the knob. - 10 - To set the cool mode, select the COOL mode: To exit this mode, turn the knob. Selection of the operation mode for the HEAT / COOL regulation Go on to temperature setting Comfort Comfort set-point temperature setting (from 5 to 30 C in increments of 0.5 C) Go on to temperature setting Economy Economy set-point temperature adjustment (5 to 30 C in increments of 0.5 C) Depending on the system configuration (menu 1-08), conf may be displayed for the. set-point temperature. This set-point temperature cannot be modified. If this is the case, the Comfort set-point temperature can be adjusted on your heat emitter (radiator with thermostatically controlled valve, etc.). - 11 -

Time setting The days flash. Press + or - to change the day, then press OK to confirm and continue on to the next setting. Days (1 : Monday... 7 : Sunday) Hours Minutes Repeat the operations to set the hours and minutes. To leave the time setting mode, turn the knob. NOTE: If the unit is configured for a daily program, the days setting is not offered. Programming The HEAT mode and the COOL mode are independent. Create a Comfort program and an Economy program for each mode. 1. Choosing the HEAT / COOL mode Select the mode using + or -. Press OK to confirm. 2. Creating your program Turn the knob to PROG. The default program is: - in HEAT mode: Comfort from 6:00 to 23:00 - in COOL mode: Comfort from 11:00 to 19:00 Programming starts on day 1 at midnight. Programming The programming principle is the same for HEAT mode and COOL mode. - comfort: periods during which the home is occupied, - economy: periods during which the home is unoccupied. 3. ing and copying the program Press and hold the OK button for 3 seconds to confirm the program you created and copy it to the next day. OR 4. ing the program Press the OK button to confirm and continue on to the next day to program it separately. 5. Checking your program Press the button repeatedly to check the accuracy of the Comfort and Economy periods you created. Press OK to check the next day Time slot consulted E.g. Programming 6. To program the other mode (HEAT/COOL) Change the mode by pressing once on + or - Press OK to confirm. Turn the knob to PROG, then repeat steps 2 to 5. 7. Exiting the programming mode Turn the knob to another mode. Information button In AUTO mode, pressing i once lets you know the current mode (if the heat pump is reversible). Pressing i a second time gives you the temperature of the room or the set-point temperature according to the installation configuration. If your thermostat displays the temperature of the room COMMENTS: Depending on the configuration made during installation, programming can be weekly or daily. Likewise, this programming may be done in increments of one hour, 30 minutes, or 15 minutes. To change these settings, refer to the installation guide, or contact our customer service department or your installer. Replacing batteries Battery level symbol 1 Separate the thermostat from its base. 2 Replace the batteries, making sure they are the right way round. When the battery level symbol appears, you have around 1 month to change the batteries (two 1.5 V alkaline batteries, LR03 or AAA). The following precautions must be respected: - Ensure that the +/- polarities are correctly placed when the battery is fitted into the unit. - Do not dispose of used batteries in unauthorized places (you should respect the environment by taking the batteries to a suitable collection site). - Do not recharge the batteries. - You have approximately 30 seconds to change the batteries before the time is reset to zero (if this happens, reset the date and time). 3 Position the thermostat 4 on its base. Lock the thermostat. - 18 - - 19 -

Troubleshooting The purpose of this section is to help you quickly solve the most common problems that you may encounter with your product during use. If you're unsure, or if the problem persists or isn't in this list, contact our customer service department. Nothing is displayed on the room unit screen. There is no power supply. Check the batteries. The unit is in time setting mode. There was no power supply for more than 30 seconds. Set the time. All other settings have remained unchanged. When setting the time, there is no option to set the day. You are in daily programming mode. To switch to weekly programming, refer to the installation guide or contact your installer or our customer service department. When creating a program, the and symbols do not appear on the screen. Program modification is not allowed. Refer to the installation guide or contact your installer or our customer service department. - 20 - The temperature displayed does not match the temperature measured in the room (thermometer) Refer to the installation guide or contact your installer or our customer service department. The programs cannot be modified and the set-point temperature settings are limited. (Heat comfort: 16 to 22 C, Cool comfort: 21 to 27 C Heat economy: 13 to 19 C, Cool economy: 24 to 30 C) Refer to the installation guide or contact your installer or our customer service department. Your heating system is in Frost-Protection mode. The thermostat is in the,, PROG or position. The indication is displayed. The batteries are low. Change the batteries, making sure they are the right way round. The relays do not switch. - Check that the indication is not on. - Check that the product is correctly screwed onto its support. You cannot access the cool set-point temperature setting mode. The heat pump configured during the installation is not reversible (see installation manual, menu 1-06). - 21 -
