At a time when every roofing company was busy, including Cross Timbers, weeks due to unprecedented amounts of rain, I was very happy to see someone sent to assess our leaking roof... Got several quotes. Went with CTR even though they weren t the cheapest because they were faster and more professional. Glad I did. There are many 100s of companies that do roofing and they were extremely fair in roofing prices. Juan, who did the job, said he's been with the company 19 years and he was extraordinary and professional... They were great during an emergency time! We were very impressed. Building a home is not the faint of heart, but having the great tune to have the team at Cross Timbers install our roof introduced us to an unparalleled staff of pros. When the quality inspector and service manager were made aware of the problems they did a fine job of working to correct them. CTR was not the least... The price was fair. The crew was professional and did an excellent job cleaning up. Everything went very smooth. CTR was professional, courteous, personable and well deserve a 5 star rating! They were respectful, professional, and provided good customer service! After the latest bad wind storm we had a large limb pierced through my roof. I called Cross Timbers Roofing and they came out the same day I call. I was worried about the rain coming in the next few days after the limb was removed and they patched it bee the rain.
