Office parks new in Lithuania, but not in the world What we are presenting today is not a new idea. Office parks are already a well tested, recognized and widely embraced form of commercial real estate especially popular in Scandinavia, elsewhere in Western Europe and in the United States. Visually, an office park could be called a city within the city. It is not only office space, as in traditional business centers. It will be located in the northwestern part of the Lithuanian capital, on one of its most important roads, which continues as Highway E272 (A2 Vilnius-Panevezys). The Office Park will be easily accessible from different parts of Vilnius.
