The contractor and every subcontractor on the project shall pay at a minimum the Oregon prevailing wage rate as specified for this project. The contractor certifies compliance with the Oregon PWR concerning the payment and certification of payment of prevailing wage as provided in ORS 297C.800 to 279C.870. BASE BID The undersigned proposes to furnish all material, equipment, and labor required for the complete project, and to perform all work in strict accordance with the Contract Documents for the lump sum prices indicated below. NFPA Compliance: Fabricate and label fire extinguishers to comply with NFPA 10, "Portable Fire Extinguishers." B. Fire Extinguishers: Listed and labeled for type, rating, and classification by an independent testing agency acceptable to authorities having jurisdiction. C. Coordinate type and capacity of fire extinguishers with fire protection cabinets to ensure fit and function. D. Coordinate size of fire protection cabinets to ensure that type and capacity of fire extinguishers indicated are accommodated. E.
