Accept the County Manager s recommendations regarding the design of the South Eads Street streetscape and building orientation issues of the Metropolitan Park Design Guidelines for Phases 6-8 of the Metropolitan Park Development 2. Adopt the ordinance to approve an amendment to the Pentagon City PDSP (SP #105) for the purpose of revising Condition #54 to allow consideration of building heights up to 22 stories within the Metropolitan Park development, subject to the conditions of the ordinance. 3. Adopt the ordinance to approve the Metropolitan Park 6 Final Site Plan (#105; SP-9) subject to the conditions of the ordinance. 27
