NOTICE OF STUDY COMPLETION CLASS ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT STUDY Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for Hamilton Airport Employment Growth District Background The Airport Employment Growth District (AEGD) is a City led project developed to increase Hamilton s employment opportunities. As part of this project, a Transportation Master Plan, Subwatershed Study and Stormwater Master Plan and Water and Wastewater Servicing Master Plan have been completed in support of future development/redevelopment in the area. These Master Plans were prepared in accordance with the Master Plan process outlined in the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment document (June 2000 as amended October 2007) and will satisfy Phases 1 and 2 of the planning process. The Master Plans have identified various infrastructure projects required for the development of the AEGD lands to the year 2031. By this notice, the Transportation Master Plan, Subwatershed Study and Stormwater Master Plan and the Water and Wastewater Servicing Master Plan have been placed on the public record for review. Following a 30 day review period of these Master Plans and the resolution of any concerns raised, all Schedule A, A+ and Schedule B projects as documented in the Master Plans are considered approved and may proceed to implementation. Schedule B projects require listing in a Notice of Completion and thus are listed below.
