Safety Information 1 To avoid serious or fatal personal injury or major property damage, read and follow all safety and operation instructions in the manual. This is a Safety Alert Symbol - When you see this symbol in the manual, look for the following signal words & be alert to the potential for personal injury or property damage. DANGER WARNING CAUTION Warns of potential hazards that WILL cause serious personal injury, death or property damage. Warns of potential hazards that CAN cause serious personal injury, death or property damage. Warns of potential hazards that WILL or CAN cause minor personal injury, death or property damage. Indicates special instructions that MUST be followed but not related to hazards. This manual is intended to assist in the installation and operation of this unit. Do not attempt to operate this unit without reading and understanding this manual. General Safety To avoid the risk of serious bodily injury and property damage, read safety instructions carefully before installing this system. Follow all local and/or national plumbing and electrical codes when installing. WARNING WARNING Hazardous voltage can shock, burn or cause death. Do Not Allow System or Components to Freeze. To do so may damage the system and will void the warranty. Never Run the System Dry. Running the unit dry (without fluid) can damage internal parts, overheat pump (which can cause burns to people handling or servicing the pump), and will void the warranty. Risk of Electric Shock. Keep the unit dry at all times - Do not wash the motor or electrical panel or allow the unit to sit in standing water. Use only Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protected grounded outlet for the cord plug. If you must use an extension cord, use only UL approved indoor/outdoor, 3-wire, grounding type cords. The cord must be rated to support amp draw. Do not allow any part of cord or receptacle ends to sit in water. To avoid fatal shocks, proceed as follows if service is needed: A. Turn off water to the system. B. Disconnect the power at main electrical service before unplugging the unit. C. Ground the electrical outlet box. D. Take extreme care when changing fuses. A prominent sign should be posted warning users to not spray Disinfectant on pets or body parts. Disinfectant may cause irritation of exposed areas. Consult the product label for First Aid information. Advise your customers to take care and avoid getting any product (Shampoo, Conditioner, Odor Control, etc..) in pet s eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse the affected areas thoroughly, should this accidentally happen. Consult the product labels for more detailed information. Help Keep Me Safe!

Installation Instructions 2 Tub Placement & Assembly 1. Place Tub and Cabinet Assembly with the back side of the System against the back wall of the bay or room. Suggested minimum clearance between walls or other washes is 10 from each side. PG25 Dimensions: 96 L x 44 W x 57 H Height to Top of Tub: 40 Due to the weight of this unit, having an assistant is recommended for this next step. Helpful Hint! 2. Install threaded Leveling Feet on all four legs and level unit. Mark one hole per foot and drill 3/8 hole 1/2 deep into the floor. Insert 3/8 x 1-7/8 sleeve anchors, align feet, and tighten bolts. (Fig. 1) 3. Extend the ramp to the floor. It is recommended that the tub ramp be left in the down and extended position at all times. figure 1 Mounting Back Room Equipment 1. Select a mounting location on a wall at a height where the unit can be easily serviced. Locate to convientently run Electrical, Plumbing, and Blower Lines. Ideally on opposite side of diving wall. Hold the board level and mark spots on the wall for each mounting hole on the board. 2. Use a 5/16 bit to drill 1-1/2 deep holes into the wall. Hold board on wall and insert 1/4 x 1-7/8 sleeve anchors (provided) into drilled holes. Tighten anchor nuts. (Fig. 2) If you are installing a PG25-BE be sure to leave room for your chemicals underneath the system. Shown with Back Room Plumbing Package figure 2 Helpful Hint!

Installation Instructions 3 Electrical DANGER All electrical connections should be made by a qualified electrician and done according to all local codes. 1. This system requires a dedicated 120V, 15A grounded circuit to supply the Electrical Panel and Dryer. If not available, have an Electrician install a 120V receptacle next to the Electrical Panel. 2. Plug the provided cord into the receptacle. 3. Mount the Coin (or Coin & Bill) Meter Box on the wall at the left side of the Pet Wash, approximately 42 from the floor. 4. Run wires from Coin Meter Box to Electrical Panel Terminal Blocks. Use the blankside of Terminal Block for field wiring. Match wire colors. (Fig. 3) If you purchased the In Bay Equipment package, you will also have to run a second set of wires from the Electrical Panel Terminal Blocks to the Terminal Blocks in the Tub Panel. Run Cold Water supply line to Cold Water inlet side of Tempering Valve. Inlets are clearly marked H for Hot Water and C for Cold Water. (Fig. 5) See Tempering Valve Owner s Manual for operation and setting information. 2. If you purchased a Back Room Equipment Package, the Tempering Valve will need to be plumbed in line and the 1/2 hose ran to the inlet solenoid on the Control Board, and then from the outlet of the injector to the barb fitting on the back of the tub. (Fig. 6-A & 6-B) Cold Water Inlet figure 5 Hot Water Inlet Strainer should be mounted in a location convenient for servicing. 3. Mount strainer rigid. 4. Plumber to run a drain pipe from 1½ Stub Pipe on Tub to Strainer inlet and then from Strainer outlet to trap. Final dilution (titration) will need to be checked at spray nozzle. If individual metering is required use chemical metering screws on each of the solenoids of the manifold block. (Fig. 8-2 & 8-3) * (Fig. 9-2 & 9-3) 5. * Run lines from chemical solenoids to 5 gallon chemical buckets. (Fig. 9-3 & 9-4) Consult injector manual and chemical containers for further dilution information. ¹ Water Pressure Regulator ² Injector Main Adjustment Screw ³ Chemical Adjustment Screws on Solenoids 3 1 figure 8 1 3 2 2 4 ¹ Water Pressure Regulator ² Injector Main Adjustment Screw ³ Chemical Adjustment Screws on Solenoids figure 9 * Follow these instruction if you purchased the Back Room Equipment Panel
