Samples of all shopfront and entrance finishes clearly labelled. Photographs of signs, similar shopfront and detailed construction drawings of signage. 1:1 and 1:5 details of junctions with Landlord s wall and floor finish and adjacent premises. Structural Plans, sections, calculations for any proposed variation and/or fixings to the Landlord s basic shell structure, including new openings through floors and infilling of existing openings. Information on new loadings proposed from plant, new floor make-up and security safe installations. Sprinklers Sprinkler design drawings and calculations by LPCB certified company.
Mechanical Plans and sections of equipment on roof or within unit including sections dimensions, weights, proposed support details and clear space around equipment required. Details of trims and weather proofing of any penetrations through roof or external envelope of building. Drainage layout, connections and rodding points. Technical specifications including full vibration and noise figures. Electrical Power, lighting, fire alarm and emergency lighting drawings, with containment details, cable types fittings and legend of symbols.
