Scene is an award winning multidisciplinary design studio founded by Gemma Fabbri. The studio has a diverse portfolio spanning furniture design, interior design and event curation. Scene have an inquisitive and playful approach to furniture design resulting in refined products that are unique in style and full of character. They have designed furniture for brands such as Habitat, Naughtone, Ex.t and SixInch and produce their own products through UK manufacturers. Poly Pendant Light Light inspired by the geodesic sphere. It can be suspended as a pendant light or used as a floor lamp. Poly is made from individual aluminium pieces fused together to create the faceted form. In a white gloss exterior with a golden glowing interior and gold braided cable. Size H340 x Ø400mm Time Shelves Inspired by time and motion, the shape of the frame suggests that of an egg timer with the shelves offset at various lengths. Time shelves are freestanding with solid oak shelves supported by a tubular steel frame available in a range of colours. Made from hand-turned timber with a high gloss paint finish. Doris can be accompanied by her younger siblings forming a nested family of side tables. The black polished table top gives the illusion of a hollow eggshell.
