SR 686A will be an elevated 4-lane elevated expressway from the Bayside Bridge to just west of I-275 that will merge with SR 690 via flyover structures. SR 686 (Roosevelt Blvd.) will be reconstructed from the Bayside Bridge to SR 688 (Ulmerton Rd.) as a 2-lane road with access to the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. CR 296 (118th Ave.) will be reconstructed from US 19 to 31 st Ct. North. I-275 will be reconstructed from South of Gandy Blvd. to North of 4 th St. North. 4

Pensacola Bay Bridge Bridge Construction Multi-use Path Maintenance of Traffic Signalization & Lighting Retaining Walls Earthwork Construction Utility Relocation Environmental Compliance SR 30 (US 98) Pensacola Bay Bridge Replacement Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties 4.2 miles 5 years $398.5 million Construction of two new Category 2 bridges across Pensacola Bay to replace the old bridge built in 1960. Built on 30 and 36 square prestressed concrete pile foundations, each bridge will have three 12 travel lanes, two 10 shoulders and a 10 multi-use path. Aesthetic features include acrylic coatings, LED lighting, decorative concrete walls and scenic overlooks. This is the largest project to date in FDOT District 3 and the largest Infrastructure project in Northwest Florida. 5

Design-Build Pinellas County 2.7 miles 3 years $83 million The new features and improvements for this project include a six-lane roadway from I-275 to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street N.; a fourlane roadway between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street N. to east 4th Street N.; overpasses at 4th Street N., Roosevelt Boulevard, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street N., and 94th Avenue; and a frontage road system parallel to the main roadway. 6

I-10 Davis to Scenic Hwy Bridge Construction Sidewalks & Bike Lanes Highway Ramps MSE Walls Stormwater Retention Ponds Signalization & Lighting Sound Barrier Wall Asphalt Pavement Milling & Resurfacing Earthwork Construction SR 8 (I-10) from SR 291 to SR 10A (US 90) Escambia County 4 miles 3 years $46.1 million New features and improvements for this project include widening I-10 from four to six travel lanes; widening Scenic Hwy between Whisper Way and Northpointe Pkwy; replacing the Scenic Hwy overpass with a new bridge, including decorative lighting, sidewalks, turn lanes, and bike lanes; reconstructing I-10 ramps at Scenic Hwy; constructing drainage improvements, including five stormwater retention ponds; installing new signalization and highway lighting; constructing sound barrier walls; asphalt pavement milling and resurfacing; and earthwork construction. 7

US 19 (SR 55) Scheduling Utility Coordination Bridges MSE Walls Storm Sewer Construction Signing & Pavement Markings Lighting Signalization ITS Utility Coordination US 19 (SR 55): North of Whitney Road to North of SR 60 Pinellas County 2.5 miles 5 years $110 million This project included structures (bridges and retaining walls), storm sewer construction, signing and pavement markings, lighting, signalization, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and numerous utility relocations. The utility improvements included more than one mile of 48 water main. 8

SR 85 Okaloosa County Asphalt Milling Resurfacing Drainage Reconstruction Awards: Sidewalks Lighting Signalization Signing Pavement Markings Landscaping Phased Construction Temporary Sheet Piles SR 85 (Eglin Parkway) from SR 30 (US 98) to north of Richbourg Avenue Okaloosa County 4 miles 2 years $7 million Developed a cost savings initiative for phased drainage reconstruction under a seven-lane roadway project. This resulted in a cost savings of $314k and a 13 day reduction of contract time. 2014 ACAF District 3 Excellence in Paving Award for Resurfacing - Urban 9

SR 60 @ US 98 Intersection Concrete Pavement Asphalt Milling Resurfacing Road Widening Drainage Improvements Sidewalks Lighting Signalization Signing Pavement Markings Landscaping SR 60 @ US 98 Intersection Polk County 1.5 miles 2 years $9.54 million Reconstructed and widened the SR 60 intersection with US 98, and converted the intersection from asphalt pavement to concrete pavement. Operational improvements at the intersection included triple left turns for eastbound SR 60 and southbound US 98, dual right turns for westbound SR 60, and dual left turns and a single right turn for northbound Broadway Avenue. Awards: 2014 FTBA Florida s Best in Construction Award for Maintenance of Traffic 10

Scenic Beach Drive Restoration Pavement Removal & Reconstruction Sand Recovery J Earle Bowden Parkway and FT. Pickens Road Emergency Operations Escambia County 2.6 miles 3 months $608,000 This was an emergency response to Hurricane Isaac, administered by the FDOT District Three within the Gulf Islands National Seashore Park limits. Work included pavement removal, shoulder pavement construction, and over 21,000 cubic yards of sand removal and placement in order to reopen the roadway to public traffic. 11

US 331 (SR 83) Walton County Storm Sewer Stormwater Retention Ponds Awards: Turn Lanes Bicycle Lanes Sidewalks Signalization US 331 (SR 83) from US 98 to the Choctawhatchee Bay Bridge Walton County 1.6 miles 2.5 years $11.4 million The existing two-lane rural roadway was replaced by a four-lane, divided, urban road with storm sewer, stormwater retention ponds, bike lanes, and sidewalks. Reconstruction of the SR 83/US 98 intersection included new turn lanes and mast arm signals. 2010 FTBA Florida s Best in Construction Award Urban 12

I-275 Reconstruction Bridges MSE Walls Utility Coordination Awards: Asphalt Pavement Concrete Pavement Lighting Signalization ITS Pavement Markings Architectural Features I-275 from Himes Avenue to Hillsborough River Hillsborough County 1.8 miles 3 years $105 million This reconstruction project for FDOT included 10 bridges, 17 Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) walls, major drainage improvements, asphalt and concrete pavement, highway lighting, signalization, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), pavement markings, and extensive architectural features. 2010 FTBA Florida s Best in Construction Award Interstate 13

SR 30 Okaloosa/Walton County Asphalt Milling Concrete Paving Road Widening Awards: Bicycle Lanes Signalization Signage Pavement Markings SR 30 (US 98) from West of Airport Road to CR 30A Okaloosa/Walton County 1.8 miles 1 year $14.2 million This project included the milling and paving of an urban and rural multi-lane highway in Okaloosa and Walton Counties, along with road widening for construction of bicycle keyhole lanes, LED traffic signal upgrades, sign installation, and striping. 2009 NAPA Quality in Construction Award for Excellence in Asphalt Pavements 2009 ACAF Excellence in Paving Award for Urban Statewide Resurfacing 14

SR 54 Pasco County Major Earthwork Demucking Box Culvert Storm Drainage Systems Storm Pond Construction Wetland Mitigation Sites Limerock Base Asphalt Paving Lighting Signing Pavement Markings SR 54 Awards: Pasco County 2.7 miles 2 years $40 million SR 54 involved the multi-lane reconstruction of a two-lane undivided highway to a six-lane divided rural highway. Services included major earthwork, demucking, box culvert, storm drainage systems, storm pond construction, floodplain compensation/wetland mitigation sites, earthwork preload site, limerock base, asphalt paving, highway lighting, signing, and pavement markings. 2006 FTBA Florida s Best in Construction Award Utility Coordination/Damage Prevention 15

I-4 (SR 400) Ybor City Fiber Optic Communications ITS Bridges MSE Walls Architectural Inspection Scheduling Utility Coordination Asphalt Pavement Concrete Pavement Signalization I-4 (SR 400) Hillsborough County 2.6 miles 4 years $151 million This multi-lane reconstruction project for FDOT included 18 bridges, 29 mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, asphalt and concrete pavement, utility and drainage work, lighting, signalization, an intelligent transportation system (ITS) installation, and numerous architectural features. In addition, many aesthetic elements, including a multitiered fountain located between 21 st and 22 nd Street, were incorporated into this project to highlight the historic appeal of Ybor City. 16
