Entrance monument: The Oleanders are thin and not vigorously growing.
OAKLEY GREENS 15. There is turf damage adjacent to the perimeter Viburnum hedge along the South Nottingham Greens residences. 16. There are weeds in the Viburnum hedge row around the south perimeter of Nottingham Greens. 17. In the vicinity of 2434 Knottingham Greens: Trees are growing onto building sides, soffits and rooflines. 18. Staking on Hibiscus standards appears un-maintained. 20. There are turf weeds. 21. There is mower damage at the drainage flow structure at the rear of 2228 Oakley Green Drive. PORTSMITH 40. Parsonii Juniper has overgrown the monument sign at Knottingham Greens entrance and the lettering is not visible. 43. Bed mulch has not been redistributed evenly across foundations. 2. Unit 62: the multi- stem Hibiscus is chlorotic. 3. There are bed weeds and runners remaining in bed areas after edging. 4. Adjacent to the lawns at unit 51: plant vigor appears weak. FAIRFIELD C 5. Finchley Court: the Crape Myrtle is striking street sign. 6. The Hetzii Juniper stump remains in the cul-de-sac. 7. Unit 409 Flanborough: Schefflera is striking the building front. 8. Unit 411 Flanborough: There is dead wood in Juniper.

Along mulch and rock beds at McCalister, there is wind fall and debris. 21. Mailbox: The Ilex Schilling hedges have fungus. 22. 818 McCalister: The Oak is at the roofline. 23. Mayfield Oaks cul-de-sac: There are grassy weeds in Wedelia beds. OXFORD I 24. McDaniel Street: The Variegated Jasmine has grown up onto the Village monument sign 25. Soft edging is irregular. 26. TREMONT I 34. There are declining Crown of Thorns at the entrance. 35. Unit 837: There are stubs visible in the Oak. 36. Unit 760: There are palms growing into soffit at building side. 37. Unit 745: Oak tree is striking the roofline. 38. The restrooms adjacent to Tremont bed areas are not maintained. NANTUCKETT II 39. Mow patterns are resulting in rutted appearance. 40. Unit 1916: There is a girdling root at the base of the Oak. 41. Unit 1916: There is decline in the St Augustine turf. 42. Unit 1902: There are Aphids in Podacarpus. 43. There are crack and crevice weeds throughout Miami curbs and rock beds. 44. There is a declining Palm tree at 1574 Nantuckett Drive. 45. Mulch has not been redistributed uniformly in bed areas after mowing and edging operations. 46. There appears to be a mower damaged down spout drain at 1576 Nantuckett.

Fertilizer has not been distributed at the base of fertilized Queen Palms. 51. Unit 2434: The Ligustrum Privet is overgrown. 52. 2410 Oakley Greens Drive: The Oak in the front lawn has overgrown and Bottlebrush and Japanese Blueberries are growing into rooflines. 53. Oak canopies are low at the fronts of the 2200 block of Oakley Greens. 57. Adjacent to mailbox: The staking on Pine trees has not been maintained. 58. Throughout common area Oak trees: Vehicle passage and clearance heights should be inspected. 62. Adjacent to the east side mailbox: There are dead Thryallis. 63. Throughout the driveway medians: Juniper can be hand pruned to maintain a compact size. KENSINGTON 64. Oleander at the Village monument sign are declining. 65. There is sucker growth on street side Oaks at the entrance.
