Brooklyn Strand Goals 1. Develop a vision for a unified network to better interconnect Downtown Brooklyn, surrounding neighborhoods, and the waterfront. 2. Linking existing and new spaces to create a unified whole with a distinct character of place. 3. Form great spaces and programs to meet the needs and desires of local communities while attracting new visitors and new investment to the area. 4.
