5 GREEN BAY ROAD CORRIDOR MYTHS AND FACTS What we heard during the DMP: Changing the character of Green Bay Road is critical to creating cohesive, walkable business district. Green Bay Road is controlled by IDOT Substantial streetscape changes. require a Jurisdictional Transfer (JT) Green Bay Road is the gateway into town, yet the view is blocked.
