The products Hensel develops, manufactures and sells for electrical installation and distribution systems can be used for operating equipment to fulfill many challenging installation tasks for electrical equipment: In commercial and industrial buildings, for outdoor use and standard-conforming photovoltaic installations. Through our close customer contacts and active cooperation with standard-setting bodies, we are always able to find new and up-to-date applications for our products, such as ship building, distribution technology for electric vehicle filling stations or meter distribution boards for residential complexes in China. E30 to E90 Equipped with the most modern terminal technology and tested up to IP 67 degree of protection, ENYCASE cable junction boxes provide plenty of space for connection and wiring. With or without knockouts, a fast, safe and standard-conforming installation becomes surprisingly easy with ENYCASE cable junction boxes. The robust boxes made of impact-proof thermoplast are maintenance-free and designed for longterm installation. They offer a maximum of safety. The Products fused, distributed... fused, distributed... ENYBOARD small distribution boards with FIXCONNECT offer efficient and safe terminal technology for PE/N conductors. Using the principle of disconnectable N-potentials in one bar, they fulfill practical requirements without any additional effort or accessories. ENYBOARD is a compact, visually pleasing product solution for the safe distribution of electrical energy. As a small distribution board up to 63 A, it is primarily used for the safe and economical power supply in buildings and commercial and industrial applications. The combinable ENYSTAR enclosure system with large doors for all box sizes is ideally suited for the quick and simple assembly of distribution boards up to 250 A in accordance with IEC 60 439 Part 3. Open sidewalls, integrated seals and safe box connections guarantee maximum flexibility. Due to the high IP 65 degree of protection, ENYSTAR is particularly well suited for the protected installation outdoors and in harsh conditions of industrial applications. The ENYMOD Mi distribution board system is a combinable enclosure system encapsulated in insulation material. It allows electricians to self-assemble power distribution boards up to 630 A as power switchgear combinations (PSC) in accordance with IEC 61 439 Part 1 and Part 2. Mi distribution boards have proven themselves in commercial buildings in rough industrial atmospheres and difficult environments. Due to the highest possible quality they are resistant to dust and water and can withstand the harshest conditions. They can even take extreme weather conditions in outdoor applications without any problems. The ENYFIT cable entry systems guarantee the safe insertion of cables in a box. They protect against mechanical influences, dust and moisture up to the IP 67 degree of protection and thus prevent any damage. ENYFIT offers solutions for the protected installation and unprotected outdoor installation as well as strain-relief and locknuts. In combination with ventilation glands, water condensation in housings with higher degree of protection is significantly reduced. 08 09
The Products fused, distributed,... ENYPOWER is a programme of innovative low-voltage switchgear assemblies for power distribution up to 5000 A busbar rated current. The product range includes box-type systems as well as cabinet-type systems as power switchgear combinations (PSC) in accordance with DIN EN 61 439 Part 1 and Part 2. The products primarily serve as electrical equipment for industrial and commercial buildings and infrastructure facilities, e.g. airports and train stations and serve as inverter collector for large photovoltaic power plants. Hensel is the market leading supplier for large low-voltage switchgear assemblies in Germany. The self-developed systems manufactured in our own factories meet the highest safety standards worldwide. Together with Ernst Bisterfeld he founded Gustav Hensel KG in Radevormwald, Germany with his cousin Max Hensel who was responsible for the technical development. In 1950, 70 employees formed the team at Hensel KG and within the next twenty years another 500 employees were added. Since 1990s, Hensel has successfully focused on the international market and has founded subsidiaries in Eastern Europe along with China, Russia and India. For more than 80 years we have provided our customers with products for safe electrical installation and distribution systems of the highest quality.
