Configuration Options SPE Cartridges The SPEi system will adapt to most manufacturers cartridges. J2 Scientific offers a selection of cartridges, adapters and plungers. PrepLinc Modules Add these modules to your PrepLinc system for increased flexibility and automation. PL GPC Cleanup Module AccuVap Inline or FLX modules - Inline offers GPC + Evap mode - FLX offers GPC + Evap mode and Evap Only mode SPE Method Editor Create simple, single-column or complex, multi-column methods through the same intuitive method editor. The method screen shown at left is an example of typical single column SPE method. There is one condition step, the sample is introduced to the column, a wash step, the sample is dried and then the sample is eluted. This example method is more complicated and shows the real flexibility of the PrepLinc software. Three SPE columns are used for this example. Condition and wash steps are performed to move the sample through all three columns. A reverse elution is performed on one of the columns for the final collection. Both elutions are evaporated using the optional AccuVap and can be collected in separate vials.

Adding an AccuVap Concentration Module to the PrepLinc System eliminates the need for a separate bulk evaporation step when combined with processes like SPE or GPC Cleanup. Choose from two models: AccuVap Inline or AccuVap FLX. Both offer concentration of solvent directly from another process (GPC or SPE), but the FLX also allows offline concentration. Unlike other semi-automated evaporation systems, the AccuVap will automatically solvent exchange and quantitatively transfer your sample to a GC vial ready for analysis. The GPC Cleanup Module for PrepLinc performs cleanup of a wide range of sample matrices including foods, tissues, grains, plants and environmental samples such as soil, sludge, and hazardous waste for EPA (SW-846 Method 3640A), CLP, FDA, USDA and USDI analysis. Using our experience with GPC Cleanup, J2 Scientific has perfected it on this new platform. All the unique features of previous models are combined with highpowered software and the ability for further automation by combining GPC with other prep processes on the PrepLinc. The PrepLinc GPC Cleanup Module provides another level of functionality to the PrepLinc system.
