Guidelines to follow: 1. Customer must bring prepared work order (our form or your form). We will call if any questions arise. 2. Customer must bring fabrics or send via UPS or C.O.M. to our facilities. 3. Measurements must be accurate from the original work order (or revised version) 4. Deposit must be made prior to starting the job (between 30 and 50% of total) 5. Time allowance: 4 to 6 weeks (usually completed earlier, depends on work load) 6. Customer must pick up finished product. 7. After jobs are completed, if not picked up within reasonable time, there will be a soft charge for storage (due to space limitations). 8. Products must be paid for in full at time of pick up. No exceptions. 9. Anytime we leave the shop to confirm any measurements it will be our responsibility if any mistakes are made. We will fix it at no cost. Surcharge to leave the shop will occur (charge depends on traveling distance. Min. is $75 up to $150). 10.Installations are provided upon special request only at a rate of $55/ hour (local) plus hardware costs. We do not provide decorative hardware. We have liability insurance. 11.These prices are exclusively to the trade only. Regular walk-in customers are charged premium prices. We protect our designers' confidentiality. 12.Credentials are needed to open an account.

Consew sewing straight stitch machine, for silks and fine fabrics. One Singer tacker machine. Special for pinch-pleated drapes and many other styles. Two Rimolde surger or overlock thread machines. This machine zigzags the edge of the fabric so that it does not fray away. Special for washing fabrics, no threads come off. Two blind stitch machines 718 model, for doing bottom, side, and top hems (professionally made. This machine won't show the stitch in the face of the material). One portable sewing machine to bring to the job site. Two drapery steam systems to remove wrinkles and iron drapes at the job site. Professional rotary cutter machine for fast multi-layer cutting, at the same time. Two reupholstered stations, for reupholstering sofas, chairs, and cornices. Woodworking equipment for headboards and more. Professional cleaning system for use on furniture and drapes at customer's house. Button and grommet machine.
