A MASTER PLAN FOR DOWNTOWN MIDLAND
A phased Downtown Master Plan aimed at strengthening the prosperity and opportunity of the downtown and adjacent neighbourhoods. What are your expectations for this plan and process?
The Town has recently partnered with the Downtown BIA to replace King sidewalks and lighting. These improvements and the new cultural centre have helped, but what is needed now is a comprehensive downtown plan. What are your goals and aspirations for your downtown?
The study is really about identifying and leveraging downtown opportunities to benefit the entire community. How is this initiative viewed by your downtown constituents and the larger community?
Our Team
Consultation Strategy Address issues through regular dialogue, education and exploring ideas. Form a collaborative partnership with the Client Team and Steering Committee. 3 Public Consultation events including a Design Charrette. 5 Steering Committee Meetings. Council updates as appropriate.
