The excavation of the storm pond, located at the intersection of Reece Road and MD 175 is almost complete. Relocation of fiber optic cables continues by Verizon. Currently, electrical subcontractor is working the Mapes intersection on a new signal configuration. Electrical work should be complete in 2 weeks, at which time Peak will prepare to switch traffic for phase 2. Construction to be complete Spring 2018. Page 7
