SAFETY FIRST SYSTEMS : These are Fixed Fire Suppression Modules for Cooking and Ventilation Areas in professional kitchens For professional kitchens that use the SAFETY FIRST extinguishing agent: - Class F, Type AFFF - (Floating Film Forming Agent) Manual and/or automatic, SAFETY FIRST Mechanical or Electrical systems are: Stored pressure The SAFETY FIRST SF/P 450 has been awarded the CNPP APPROVAL N 2009-0013 compliance certificate. The range of SF/P systems has several Tanks with a variety of capacities including the: SF/P 260 - SF/P 400 - SF/P 400 T - SF/P 450 AND SF/P 600 that are available in Standard, Tandem and Multiple versions. Auxiliary pressure The SAFETY FIRST SF/A 300 has been awarded the CNPP APPROVAL N 2009-0012 compliance certificate. Whether they are Stored Pressure or Auxiliary Pressure SAFETY FIRST systems comply with the recommendations of NFPA 96 rules. 2. ESSENTIAL PROTECTION ON 3 LEVELS: 3. INSTALLATION: Extraction conduit Sensor Cooking equipment Provided by specific hoses and by a chain of thermal fuses programmed to break at a constant heat. Installation complies with the recommendations of the NFPA 17A National Fire Protection Association rules. Systems can be installed night and day by technical staff with specific SAFETY FIRST accreditations. 2

FIRE LABORATORY - National Convention and Protection Centre They have been awarded the CNPP APPROVAL N 2009-0013 certificate of compliance for the SF/P 450 and the CNPP AP- PROVAL N 2009-0012 certificate of compliance for the SF/A 300 Tanks and cartridges comply with CE norms The SAFETY FIRST extinguishing agent has successfully passed non-toxicity tests at the Police Prefecture Central Laboratory, Test Certificate N 1378/99. 3

Responsible for discharging the extinguishing agent on three levels: extraction conduit sensor cooking equipment 1 Detection Network Food quality stainless steel 304 L/G220 that provides the link between the Control Head and the means of detection if the system is triggered automatically or manually. In the same way, this CNPP Approval certificate in no way commits CNPP Entreprise in terms of the regulatory compliance of the product and the installation in which the product, the subject of this CNPP Approval is used. Partial reproduction of this document is prohibited. This certificate enables the manufacturer that holds it to reproduce the CNPP Approval logo followed by the words "Certificate issued based on a unique test, available from www.cnpp.com, 200X-XXXX" on the commercial documentation and/or packaging specific to the product tested, excluding any direct marketing on this product or any other product in compliance with terms and conditions DTG.04.002 www.cnpp.com 6
