LED Traffic Signals Best Alternative Up Until Now LED (Light Emitting Diode) traffic signals are an effective, efficient and safe alternative to traditional incandescent signals. To avoid any false operation of the heater, photoelectric sensors and thermo sensors analyze the condition of the surroundings and controls the operation of the heater. Patented Heating Element Nichrome heating wire is securely embedded in the polycarbonate lenses of the lamps. Receiving the signals from the smart sensors, the heating element increases the surface temperature of the lamp until the accreted snow melts away. With patented technology, the element does not cause any deformation of the lens while emitting high-temperature heat and guarantees the same level of brightness.
